Streliția Hotel — Hotel in Timișoara

What you are writing is a dead letter on paper and only those who have not stayed in your hotel can believe it. We didn't have enough food to have a normal breakfast, not to mention the freshness of the vegetables. The plates on the buffet table were completely empty, there was no water, juices, coffee... fresh bread that had expired a few days ago, dried vegetables, I can't write about the fruit because I didn't even see it on the table!!! Your employees checked the condition of the used towels (weird) and whether the guests smoked in the rooms, but that's why they didn't replace the same used towels. Really shameful management of a hotel, if it can even be called that. So, as a conclusion, this is an extremely well-intentioned criticism and accept it as such, first of all because the guest is always right, and because of this you can change your service and thereby satisfy your guests. Hey guys, Back in Romania for a short while, pleasure trip this time.||I was looking for a decent yet affordable hotel or hostel in Timisoara. I run into Strelitia Hotel, by chance, riding on a major street of Timisoara. Over all it was a positive experience. Great smile from the cute girl at the front desk. Rooms were clean, and well equipped with most that I need, I liked that they offer "turn-down" service. Street Parking is OK, but can be improved. I had traditional Romanian dinner, was tasteful, no complaints there, price were reasonable. The Chef came out of the kitchen, greet me and asked me how the meal was. I have had some of the worst experiences at this hotel during my several nights spent here. On multiple occasions there were groups of students having parties during the night, making sleep impossible. One day my car was damaged in the hotel's parking and they refused to show us the recording of the event (the parking had video surveillance).
