In general, I can give 9.8/10 ( as 4****) - Staff : professional ( chk-in, restaurant ) . - Cleanness: super 10/10 - Rooms : super : =Comfy beds, but it will be better to make beds width 90 or 100 cm instead of 80cm. =Design is very nice, fine touches everywhere. =Minibar full with many items, I could suggest adding water ( as complimentary) . =Espresso machine and capsules from " Vergnano" is amazing. =Toilet : very good and nice design . - Restaurant: 9/10 open bouffant, good varities, suggest to add scrambled egg, and increase bread varities .Coffe corner from Vergnano is SO YUMMY. -Other facilities: Free Parking, wifi, swimming pool. Highly recommended (9.8/10)

We visited Timisoara during Advent and we were situated in hotel Branco. I like this modern and stylish hotel very much. Lobby was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Our rooms were tidy and clean, equipped with all necessary facilities for a pleasent stay. The place was quiet so I slept like a baby. Hotel has his own parking so we didn't have to worry about our car. Breakfast was pretty good, with variety of food, and the stuff was very polite, friendly and helpful. I am looking forward visiting Timisoara again and I plan to stay in Branco again.

The pillows at the room we stayed were kinda like used so much that they become very uncomfortable and small , the lights buttons stayed let after you turned them off , I will post the photo to explain , I couldn’t sleep because it was not dark enough, the breakfast was not that good was kinda limited, a very small corner of very few options, I saw way better options for 3 stars and 4 stars hotels. Other than that was ok. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was clean

First of all, great support from receptionist with great mentality of customer service,- big thanks to Narcisa, I highly appreciate. Hotel itself is wonderful with a great taste of design and aesthetics. Roomy, very well furnished and tastefully designed. Hotel and location is very quiet. Next possible restaurant (Casa Bunicii) is 1 minute away, which I can recommend. Definitely recommending hotel. Will be booking again soon within this year and will be one of my go to...
