Delta — Hotel in Tulcea

Another city another hotel ... so here it is the Delta Hotel , the 4 star section in Tulcea. ||Indeed the hotel has 2 sections, a 3 star section and the 4 star section where we were staying connected with the huge restaurant at the mezzanine section. We picked the 4 star section for our 3 nights stay in Tulcea and here are the findings.||Location - on the Isaccei street in Tulcea you will find the Delta 4 hotel - parking is a nightmare at the hotel , the 4 star section has a very limited parking lot in the reception area, and because you are in Romania you can find your car blocked by other guests parking behind you so you can't move your car ... so if you want to drive during your stay you can park in the 3 star section of the hotel were is more space and 0 risk of being stuck. ||The room we have was comfortable, not very big but with more than enough space and with a balcony overlooking the mighty Danube. The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower and it was clean - nothing to complain about. Minibar with plenty of water and some stronger spirits if you cared for a drink - with the prices for the minibar slightly high. ||There is a lobby bar with a patio/covered terrace if you like - but during the summer in the evening prepare for the mosquitos assaulting you. ||Also the pool is very nice - customer can use it free of charge - the water is more than 1,5 m deep so if you are with kids who don't know how to swim be careful. ||The breakfast - honesty I expected more- it was kind of average , buffet style , but nothing special - I enjoyed especially the pickled herring and fish roe salad.||Overall a very good hotel , no perfect score due to the parking situation and the average breakfast - otherwise I do recommend this hotel if you want to spend some...

such a racist hotel!!!

this is my first time in Romania and I noticed the people very nice and friendly I stayed in Bucharest and in Somova, and they have never experienced any bad treating either myself or my family but when I reach this hotel who I booked for two nights the stuff was route also the rooms has no coffee or water or even tissues, and when I took my children to the swimming pool the lady there told me it's not allowed for us to swim with the other guests, I was so embarrassed!!!! I thought I was in the early 20s!!! also I'm so surprised how can the treat their guests like that, i'm wondering did the other guests paid with € and I paid them with eggs?!!!! I mean come on I'm from Dubai we have the only seven stars hotel in the world,The highest building in the world, our 3 star hotel is way better than this hotel room furniture facilities service and so much more! this is ridiculous from the...

Went lately at a wedding and enjoyed everything about the place, except few things:

1. the elevator that goes to 2nd floor salon of weddings, doesn't function after 01:00-02:00 until some point in the morning. At 06:00 the elevator was still out of order.
2. on the staircases that go to mens bathroom should be placed some railing for people to hold on to, especially when coming back from bathrooms. I witnessed a gentleman that slipped on the staircases and falled all the way down until the bottom of the cases, not having on what to hold on, except the marble walls. Luckily that person didn't got big injuries, except some bruised knees and the scared of his life. This was a very lucky case... Except this 2 points, the rest was absolutely great: food, service, cleanliness,...
