Pensiunea Angela — Hotel in Vatra Dornei

The owner overcharged by 40 lei for the room. I ended up paying 170 lei for the room and never got back my receipt. She failed to let me know that there is a place to barbecue and she never said that the restaurant located downstairs is actually operational. In the room, the floor was filthy , bathroom had a quarter of toilet paper roll left and no refills on sight. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were old. The TV had poor satellite reception, many channels were hard to watch. Later in the evening after the bbq place was finally available, I wanted to restart the barbecue, but no firewood. The owner should have had firewood for sale to guests. The owner was nowhere to be found when I needed firewood. I'm giving 3 stars, just for the location, nice view, the soccer field and nice crafted...

The place itself is just relaxing and beautiful. The barbecue area is a very nice addition. The sculptures are a nice touch. The heating was a problem. Outside were 11°C but no heating was available. The TV was there just for decoration. All in all, it was a decent stay and for what it costs and what the place itself wants to be, it was a very nice experience. Nu-mi face placere sa ofer recenzii proaste dar sper ca acest lucru sa ajute gazdele sa-si regandeasca strategia Camerele curate cu unele mici inconveniente privind un miros urat in unele dintre ele Am negociat serviciile pentru un grup de aproximativ 50 persoane iar aici reactiile nu au fost dintre cele mai ok : Cina am convenit sa fie un meniu fix pentru toata lumea dar nemultumirea a fost mare atunci cand a fost adusa mancarea pe o farfurie ca la pomana ( friptura , legumele ,salata toate pe o singura farfurie ) Micul dejun ( FOARTE SARACACIOS )am convenit sa fie bufet suedez iar daca nu solicitam expres odata ajuns grupul acolo se dorea ca servirea sa fie la fel pe farfurie ca si cina ! Apa atat de vitala si un lucru esential a fost adusa in carafe de la robinet !!!! Recunosc ca la asta nu am negociat dar parerea mea este ca nici nu trebuia sa specific, asta era o normalitate ca apa sa fie prezenta la mese dar nu de la robinet ci la sticle/pet plata si minerala !
