Lux Divina — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

This hotel does not deserve the 3 stars and its name of « lux » or maybe check the meaning...||||The first step in the hotel room was like entering in an oven. It was so hot that we couldn’t stay more than 5min (around 35 degrees). I couldn’t make the AC working so I call the reception and the lady said that there is maybe a problem and that she’ll find another room. After 10min I decided to get back to the reception because we felt really sick in this room because of the heat. ||The lady told me to wait and that she’s going to check the room because she didn’t trust me. After 2min I went back to the room to see if she was there (she wasn’t). Then back to the reception she said that it’s the same with other rooms because the AC if off in the whole hotel because of the time of the year. (20 degrees outside) so only the heat is working. ||I answered that she wasn’t in the room because I was there and then she changed her mind and said she was in the room next to. (I still don’t know why) ||So she said that she talked to her boss and it’s the same in the whole hotel and that she doesn’t have twin room anymore anyway so I’ll have to deal with it. ||I got really upset and after insisting for long minutes and after she told me to go to another hotel and that they won’t charge me for the room (which was fake because I saw it on my bank account the day of check in and after saying that I will go to the police because it is not normal, she decided to check again and by magic she found a twin room with a normal temperature. ||So it was lie lie and lie. Also we realized that the floor of our new room was empty. There was only us. ||||I really would like to understand why they did not give us another room at first time instead of lying many times. ||||But the room was good, nice bathroom. The spa was okay. Stem room wasn’t working. I work in hotel industry and even if you have a beautiful hotel, the staff is even more important and for this I won’t recommend this hotel......

DON'T COME HERE, you better sleep in the train station!||I can't imagine how such locations still work||in 2025, but how do you get your operating permit, who owns this laughter of the location, do a high place man in the political party owns this?||How can you not turn the heating off, how is it possible to have rude receptionists ( you can not work with people, go to the factory), how is it possible to be messy and filthy in the bathroom, spiders and dust in the room, I have the impression that you cleaning lady does not exist... who is keeping you open ,you say that you are staying in donbass where rusians have droped misile||You do not have shops nearby, you have no restaurant, you have nothing to do in this hotel of horror that otherwise I can not name it, this hotel is built on the skeleton of former factories, there is nothing built by them, the location leaves much to be desired.||luxury from temu:)))))))))))))))))))))))||DON'T COME HERE, you better sleep in the...

This a nice, new hotel suitable for business trips or events. Located at the outskirts of Brasov, on the premises of a former huge communist industrial area whose ruins one can still notice all around. Rooms are simple but comfortable, nicely furbished and very very warm (essential for the weather in Brasov). They also have a nice spa with a large jacuzzi, steam sauna and dry sauna. A very relaxing place. ||||Location, however, is rather poor and one needs a car if staying there. Receptionists could use some training in being more polite, smiling and obliging.
