Jo’s Taste Bakery Cafe Lifestyle — Restaurant in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

There is something magic that is happening to me specially for this place one day I was walking on the street and one smells come to my nose then I find out that it was coming from this bakery shop, from outside is not so visible unfortunately but once you open the door, you hit your head with a huge cloud of bakery, amazing smell. Here is where my experience started.

Time to time I have been visiting this place in the morning just to grab a little piece of something. I’m not the person that consumes usually big or huge quantities of bread but what I love about this place is that every single time I go there, they are baking, cooking or just producing something different.

I extremely recommend this place just by the fact that you always will find fresh things no huge quantity just for a few people who can get the opportunity to take something different , presentation is amazing.

I have many chances to see how they are preparing so I totally love how clean it is, the happy faces on people faces and when I have time, I stay a little bit more just to see what they are taking out of the oven.

Not sure if they are all the time baking cooking usually, I go during...

The food is good , the flauvors are interesting, and I would come back again , but I need a little bit more salt and expect next time to have more intesified. Today I went back and bought something for takeaway. While I was waiting , the manager/owner was talking about some "David who gave her a 4Star review and she is pissed". That David, me,was there and also is a cook and had some experience in Asiatic and European kitchens , and I gave you 4 stars for the taste, which was not that rich( The baklava cheesecake it's not that sweet, the meat and food doesn't have enough salt ( for my taste)). But after today's meal I changed my mind after I went to the restaurant too( I saw the ingredients are fresh , the chefs look clean , kitchen looks good, food is cheap actually). Overral experience good , and my in laws and girlfriend liked it so , there it is.. 5 Stars.. btw I didn't even noticed when I gave you the rating first time ( some employer mentined that). Very unpleasant experience for the third time in a row... They were always late with the orders and this time they FORGOT to prepare the order and we had to wait at least 30 minutes for the food. They also folded the manakish and put 3 manakish in a box... Even though they were supposed to be each in a box. When I told the cashier that I wanted to have the each manakish in a box, she was very defensive and didn't do anything. The food is good, but the personnel is so unprofessional, it is not worth it.
