Disappointing Experience with Customer Service from Mihaela.

We visited this restaurant tonight, hoping for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor customer service.

Our waitress, Mihaela, was dismissive and seemed irritated from the moment we arrived as it was close to 9 pm. She was unfriendly and almost annoyed when we asked questions about the menu, and gave rude and unfriendly responses.

She got my mom’s order wrong and when mom told her it’s not what she ordered, she started commenting by making my mom wrong. At no point did she check on our table or offer even the most basic courtesies you would expect in a hospitality setting. It felt as though serving us was an inconvenience.

While I understand that anyone can have an off day, the tone and attitude went beyond that — it made us uncomfortable and unwelcome. The food itself was decent, but the service left a lasting negative impression.

I hope management takes note and provides some guidance or training on basic customer care. A warm attitude can completely change the dining experience — sadly, ours...

Had my first meal at Sergiana at the old town. It's was not too bad. Decided to have another meal at the Sergiana at the shopping mall. It was a bit disappointing due to

Being new to the country, we did not know whether will we be served to the table or just find a table ourselves. We waited at the entrance for a long time despite there were several staff. In the end we went to the table ourselves as it may be the culture of finding tables on your own.

The pork dish was too salty for us. Perhaps we are not too used to the traditional food.

Ordered the "pot roasted chicken" and to my dismay, it was worst that KFC fried chicken. Not sure did I misunderstood "pot roast", it was supposed to be roasted chicken. Just like roasted potatoes. You put into a oven and roast it, not fry it. The chicken that I had was fried chicken and it was fried till way too tough.. I proposed that it's better to change the name to "Deep Fried Chicken" instead of "Pot Roasted Chicken". Perhaps it's Romanian way of naming.

Desi o sa ofer doar o stea, nu contest experienta placuta in acest restaurant a celor care au oferit 5 stele. Insa eu pot sa evaluez doar prin prisma a ceea ce am experimentat personal. Bun.., mi s-a adus un alt fel de mancare in loc de Specialitatea Bucatarului, mi s-a adus ceva constituit din muschi de porc, sos cu vin dulce si felii de pere prin sos. Eu nu ma pricep asa mult la mancarea mai "speciala" sa-mi fie cu iertare si ma gandeam ca aia oi fi comandat si am inceput sa mananc, imi era si foarte foame (mult nu am mancat). Dar.. nu eram convins ca asta am comandat si m.am oprit, credeam ca in sos sunt felii de cartofi dar erau.. pere, si nu era pe gustul meu deloc (trebuiau sa fie ciuperci, cartofi, muschi de porc, bacon, etc). Am intrebat o ospatarita daca felul acela era ce comandasem, i-am aratat felul din meniu si mi-a confirmat ce banuiam, ca era altceva. Bun.. greseala e omeneasca, ospatarul era obosit, de inteles. A venit sefa de sala (cred) o domnisoara mai subtirica ce urmarea ospatarii, am discutat si mi.a propus sa imi aduca felul comandat in acelasi pret, daca mai am rabdare pana se face. Am fost de acord, sefa a luat mancarea de pe masa, pana aici totul bine, fericire pe toata lumea, hai mai ca suntem oameni zic. A fost bine pana s.a intors iarasi sefa (cred), de data asta spunand ca ii pare rau dar bucatarul nu e de acord si ar trebui sa platesc daca mai vreau urmatorul fel. I-am transmis ca greseste si nu este frumos ce face, dar.. atat s.a putut. Pe mine mama m-a invatat sa imi asum greseala si sa imi tin cuvantul dat, dar se pare ca pentru unii sunt vorbe in vant, povesti de adormit copiii. Deci.. si cu mancarea luata din fata desi am platit.o, si cu cuvantul nerespectat, si rupt de foame dupa 200 de km din Reghin. Ospatarul a incercat apoi sa faca ceva, nota 10 pentru el, si-a dat silinta, s.a scuzat dar n.a mai reusit sa rezolve multe, a scos doar clatitele de pe nota, a fost un maxim ce i-a stat in putere. Chiar s.a dedicat sa rezolve. Insa sefa de sala.. eu as inlocui-o maine cu ospatarul acela care ne.a servit si care ca s.a dedicat clientului....
