Princess Butique — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Before I begin my review, I would like to state that I travelled here in a major group (around 30-40 people).

I stayed here from Monday - Saturday (Saturday being the departure day). I was nicely greeted by the staff, with most of them having a polite attitude towards me torought my stay.

I will have to say that I am quite shocked how nice and quiet it is. I was provided breakfast, lunch and dinner service, with pre-chosen meals for my whole group.

So let's take a look at my ratings for my stay:

Rooms were questionably clean, with lots of signs of decay and mold on the bathroom walls.

The service was amazing, nothing to say there.

The location is quite good aswell, the only thing that I have to criticize is that there aren't as many facilities in a 5 min walking range compared to other hotels I stayed in Poiana Brasov.

Overall, I will have to give this hotel a 4 star review (but this is a very generous offer), considering 350-400 RON per night at other hotels in the area can get you a very different and much more pleasant experience.

Thank you to the hotel staff for having me and I will hope to come here again soon, hopefully to see some...

We were planning on staying here a few days, but we ended up leaving the next morning. ||The rooms were not that big, with dirty walls and broken furniture and a room door that was not closing properly The bathroom was horrible, filled with dust and mold and a toilet that wasn't flushing as it should have. We are almost in 2017 and this "4 star" hotel does not have wi-fi in the room, only in the reception hall. ||We wanted to serve dinner in a hotel that, according to the receptionist, was supposed to be full, but all we got was a dark and cold restaurant, I do not want to imagine what food they would have served us....we ended up leaving and went somewhere else to eat.||The staff's general attitude was uninterested and slightly arrogant. ||We left the next morning really disappointed by the overall experience.||||This is NOT a 4 star hotel as it is advertised to be. Maybe a 2 star, but not a 4 star.||Never...

Good location, 5-10 minutes by car from the hotel to the ski slope. Easy to get there and to find an available parking space at the hotel - although the location is not accurate on the site. Diverse breakfast.||||The first moment we got into the hotel, there was a bad smell everywhere, including the room and it got even worse into the bathroom. The bathroom has been cleaned only at the surface, a lot of "black" corners into the shower cabin and the sink. The toilet was not cleaned properly and we had no soap, shower gel or shampoo - we had to request it from the reception. The TV did not turn on at all and we did not have internet signal. The sheets were clean but not tidy and the covers were just thrown on the bed. The breakfast was cold. The overall experience was similar with a 2 star hotel, I would not recommend this location for more than a 1...
