Plaza Garden Moscow WTC — Hotel in Presnensky District

Well, I have to say that this hotel has been exceptional. You get it from the first moment you go in. The hotel lobby is just impressive, with the big cock standing in the middle and "singing" every one hour (that was a good one!), the fountains, the big patio... exceptional. ||||The whole design of the place, where you can see the hotel lobby and the whole place from the rooms' corridors, with the elevators all in one place, the scenery is very nice, you can tell. And if it's raining... the distinct sound you hear from the patio's roof is amazing...||||I very much liked the room: very well decorated! With a sense of luxurity, nice office, well combinated colours. The window "looking" at the Moscow river...impressive, again. ||||Now... What i DIDN'T like. Our room, had a door in the wall. Didn't pay much attention initially. But then, in the night, we could hear the next rooms' residents!!!! And they didn't have to shout to hear them. You know? I could hear the man snoring! (Ok , he was snoring loudly). I believe that this door was there to facilitate the cleaning ladies when cleaning the rooms. And I think that it was not my room the only one like that in the hotel, I believe, and I hope I'm not right, that this was tha case in many rooms!!! I say that because of the distance between rooms I saw. Again, I'm not sure of this. But if so, and if the decided to go with the "door within" design, they sould had soundproofed the hell out of this door! It was just unacceptable to feel like having roommates in a 5 star hotel! For goodness shake! ||||Secondly. I wanted to visit the pool and the gym. We went there with my wife and they told us that with our package, we had to pay 2000 rubles (about 20€ at the time) PER PERSON to use the pool (either/or the gym I guess) for one hour. Excuse me??? And, I saw the pool. Sorry, but for a 5 star hotel, I was not impressed. At all. Neither by the size, nor by the general scenery. ||||Apart from these two things, I'm saying again, we were very pleased. The hotel offers plenty of restaurants, supermarket, whatever you like. The restaurants are not overpriced, and they offer good quality! Hotel is located in a very nice area, just ahead of the river. If you plan to use the metro, probably it is not the hotel for you, the closest metro station is quite far (about 18min walking).||||Breakfsast was good. It was not the best I've ever seen in a 5 star, but it was good, I would give it a 8/10 considering it was a 5 star hotel.||||I would very much like to stay there again. However, I would do so, only if I could ensure that I was not given a room with a door in the space between...

This is my third Crowne plaza after Beijing and shanghai, at the first I have to say if you see this hotel at Google map maybe confused, because there are 3 building in this place that each entrance have a security with update system x-ray and body checking, 1-crown plaza old building 13floors, 2- World trade center about 30 floor 3- Crowne plaza new and modern hotel 20 floor, and important thing is they have relation between first floors, and you can walk between three building. We were for 3 nights in crown plaza new building, this hotel have 20 floors and have non floor no13!!! Don’t worry for waiting lift, it have 4 speedy and comfort lift, it is very good for security elevator work just with key-card. Meeting room at floor 10 and 20, if you are good luck same as us you can see a Russian wedding in hotel, very nice and happy. In old building you can find 2 floor shopping mall with Japanese restaurant, Souvenir stores, super market, painting panel gallery, bar, club, … We are 5 person, 2 couple and 1 single, as usual, hotel maybe give us one double room and one triple room, but at arrival at this hotel I pay with full satisfaction 10usd tip and nice reception give us 3 very luxury room at floor 19th, oh my god, very nice view, you can see Moscow in your windows, and very comfortable room with full equipment, window shade bring night on day in your room, height of room more than 3 meter and give you nice mood at stay in room, the window is full acoustic of sound and make a silent room, carpet clean, everything near the Electric Kettle are free, room design with nice panel and furniture and accessories, Don’t worry! iron with table iron in your commode, when your shower you can see Moscow from windows head-on, don’t forget use very good quality lotion near of the many kinds of towels after shower, scale, you can see more in my photo. Breakfast free and complete, strong Wi-Fi in each room and around the hotel, reception give you passkey of Wi-Fi with door key-card at first. The place of hotel as you can see on Google map near of river, 15 min to Moscow city and 20 min to metro station. For tooth brush cream you can ask from reception. My best advice is Yandex app for mobile, with this app you can take a taxi very easy and comfort and cheapest. Be sure to use it. With this app you don't need language and talk with driver. I stayed at plaza garden Moscow from 22.09 till 16.09.22 at room 852 I was at Moscow for business to attend the Russian travel market and I have dollars in my laptop bag I left it in the room and no one entered my room except the housekeeping woman every thing was ok until the last date I should leave 15.09 after midnight because my flight early morning I counted my money last time in the morning and all is ok .then I went to make shopping and to enjoy Moscow before departure.when I back I found my money lost with USD 200 . And I'm sure I keep it in my laptop bag . I'm sure that the housekeeping woman she is the only one entered my room I started to contact with the reception his name maxim and I met with Chief manager Ruslan and I really chocked because he cannot speak English and I asked to check the cameras to ensure that no one entered my room except the housekeeping they asked for my contact details to contact with me and until now nothing happened.i don't care for the money but for all who will stay their take care from the housekeeping. Management is very poor to help you if you have aproblems when I asked for Ruslan business card or any contact numbers they said the don't have business card . Iam a hoteliers working in hospitality in a 5 stars hotel in Hurghada I can tell you that they don't know any thing about how to handle the guest complaint and they should come to Egypt to learn from the Egyptian management.||||Finally IAM not writing this post to get my money which I lost and stolled by the housekeeping from my room but to till all the people who will stay and plaza garden Moscow trade center take care of your money and this hotel and the hotel management will not even show any support.||||Best regards||Mohamed Abdel Salam||Room 852||From 12.09 till 26.09||Plaza...
