Restaurant "Hite” — Restaurant in Presnensky District

I have been before and enjoyed it but today was very disappointing. I was told I can sit at a large table by the door which is opening/closing constantly for maximum 1 hour. I asked if I could move to a free table after one hour and she told me 'impossible, we are fully booked' . I did not appreciate being so cold and having to eat as fast as possible. Furthermore, without even asking for the check it was pushed in front of me by a waiter almost like a order to leave. After paying I decided to stay until the table was needed. In fact it wasn't needed at all and there were many other tables becoming free at this time. I prefer not to be lied to. They could have allowed me to sit at a warmer table and I could have ordered more and had a drink and relaxed. Thoughtless and inconsiderate. You cannot go wrong with Korean food at this restaurant. Once you get past the grouchy hostess who leads you to your table, you are mostly safe with friendlier service staff inside. I was lucky to get a happy waiter who took my order and served my table. I wonder how he kept his smile on, especially when I am not local? Good job though. I ordered more because of that. I visit this place regularly - the food is good, but yesterday they let me down hard. First I ordered soup and chicken rice, they brought me soup and srimps rice - not what I ordered.

They asked that I eat shrimps for a discount, so they don't have to cook it all over, I agreed but asked them to pack the shrimps. But they never brought them back. But I paid for them! Turns out I paid for a dish that I didn't even eat or take home! I noticed it only when I got home.
