Welcome to the Comedy Show Disguised as a Hotel!
If you’re tired of boring vacations filled with kindness, professionalism, and basic human respect, then this hotel is exactly what you need. Forget about customer service — here you’ll get sarcasm, eye-rolls, and a free demonstration of how to ignore guests with Olympic-level skill.
The star performer? A short-haired blonde staff member who should honestly change careers to theater, because her ability to deliver arrogance mixed with racism deserves a standing ovation. As an Asian guest, I got the full “special treatment”: sneers, dismissive gestures, and the kind of service you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy.
Need help with something? Perfect! They’ll refuse, ignore you completely, or make up hotel rules on the spot. It’s like improvisational comedy — except you’re the punchline.
If humiliation and frustration are your idea of a good time, book a room here immediately. But if you value respect, competence, or even the tiniest shred of hospitality… do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.
One star — only because zero stars...
Read moreThe hotel location is really good, right outside the Rimskaya metro station, 2 stations away from Kremlin. The reception girls are friendly and fluent in English. Clean room/toilet/shower. My favorite part is the huge lobby and dining area, you can enjoy your food and social here. There is a cafe selling soda and also sandwiches, price is decent and food looks high quality. Also they provide luggage storage which is very convenient as I stayed late at night to catch red-eyes train to St Petersburg. There is a large grocery store Super Lenta is 5min away, and bigger Perekrestok just one metro away. A funny experience is that it seems a group of Yandex interns are staying in the Hostel while I was staying, everyday I come back to hostel and see they were passionately discussing JavaScript code around their laptop, seems doing some hackathon or sort, which is a interesting thing to see and add a good image of Moscow in...
