Kigaliview Hotel and Apartments — Hotel in Kigali City

Extremely frustrated I have to leave a negative response - any positive experience I have had at this hotel has been totally overshadowed by issues with payment. Having booked through Agoda, the hotel insisted I needed to pay again, and that I would be issued with a refund by Agoda. Agoda insist that the hotel has taken this payment - the hotel denies this. The hotel has put all responsibility for the resolution of this issue on me. Having provided ample information with which the hotel could resolve the issue with Agoda and vice versa, neither party has had the courtesy of contacting me with any further information. Deeply out of pocket, my continued stay in Rwanda has been massively upset by this. I do not have the finances to visit any other parts of the country, and am essentially stuck in a thankfully prepaid Airbnb.

I will be happy to update this review with a reflection of the service and cleanliness of the hotel when this issue is resolved, or even a basic effort to resolve the issue for me has been made. Extremely...

I had to quarantine here in my arrival to Kigali. In alignment with the name, the hotel provides grand views of Kigali. A sparkling clean pool and great food.

My issues were few. Tere was a tv in the room that didnt seem to work. No biggie. Also, there was a pair of sandals in the room when I came in. Complementary? I think not.

The issue that bothered me most was that while I was fed lunch, dinner and breakfast-even had steamed milk brought to my room that I didnt reuqest- I couldn't get water.

Quarantined in the room for 24 hours. Went to the front desk, asked for water. Was given the number to room service to call for some. I called, no water was given.

Went to the front desk again to tell them over had no water. They got on the phone with someone. Again, no water was brought. So from the time I arrived in Kigali to the time I my quarantine had ended, i was given no water.

As you may imagine, it left an unfavorably impression...
