Today we had an utterly wonderful meal at Kabul Kigali. The pilaw was fluffy and flavourful, with a generous serving of tender cooked lamb. The Boolani, (chive-stuffed flatbreads) were caramelised, crispy yet wondefuflly tender and light, and came with a green chilly dipping sauce thay provided a gentle kick of spice. The star, though, were the Manto: succulent meaty dumplings served with a zingy youghurt sauce and a rich and flavourful dahl. Ali and his family are wonderful hosts and every item on their menu is prepared fresh and with great skill and care. I had an amazing experience at Kabul Kigali Restaurant! The Manto dumplings were absolutely delicious – soft, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. I also tried the Qabuli Pulao (Kabuli Pilaf) and honestly, no words can describe how tasty it was – rich, aromatic, and cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. A special mention to Ali for his excellent service – he made the experience even better with his kindness and attention.
