Bronze Hotel Furnished Apartments — Hotel in Eastern Province

Booked this hotel via Rehlat and they refused to acknowledge our booking reference despite taking the booking fee from our card already. We had to go through numerous calls with Rehlat and had to wait for hours to receive confirmation. We were about to cancel our booking and asked for refund when the manager agreed that we can proceed as they do not have refund policy.

When we arrived at the place, there were no amenities included. No towels, drinking water, disposable toothbrush, and soap and shampoo. For a 400/night fee during Eid, this hotel should charge half the price with the kind of service...

Not a good experience overall. Bathroom shower is not working .complaining continuously three days and they don't want to bother their self to fix on immediate action. They don't have proper sockets for kettle and fridge. Cleanness is on average. Bed and mattress condition is very poor. Even mattress is torn and poor hygiene. Give rashes and skin allergy. I had to quarantine at bronze hotel, besides the room being clean and tidy, the amenities were no where to be found. For my 3 day stay, there was no internet access, no TV which they claim isn't working in the whole building, no fridge nor microwave. They gave the same cold food everyday which made me order food from outside, thus making my cost double. I wouldn't recommend anyone to quarantine at this place unless they wish to...
