What I liked: The staff confirms the check-in 4 hours before the check-in official time. The check-in process is quick and the receptionist staff are welcoming. There is a good room of parking spaces around the hotel. The receptionist upgraded my room to a bedroom apartment for free as a nice gesture. The location of the hotel is in the middle of Khobar and close to restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, etc... The hotel is providing lunch and dinner services every day. The overall value for two days was perfect for me with the upgrade and breakfast option (230 SAR/ night). 10 minutes driving to Cornish. 10 minutes driving to Dhahran Mall, SACO World and IKEA. The bed was comfy, and the room was equipped with iron without a table, prayer rug, and Quraan book. There was a microwave, mini fridge, drinks, and kettle. The AC was cool even when it was off. The hotel reception is clean and has a refreshing smell. The swimming pool is clean, filters are working well.
What I didn't like: The room's sound isolation is not that good as I can hear my neighbors in the close rooms. There was a strict regulation on the breakfast buffet and I had to bring an exception from the receptionist. The swimming pool is small and suitable for kids if they are many or one family by max to enjoy swimming. I requested an extra mattress from the hotel but unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate my request due to the high traffic/ season. You might face a problem with the parking spaces late at night when it's a high season. The TV and satellite were very poor with low-quality signal, really bad experience. The WiFi is not secured and iPhones can't access it. Android and laptops barely can. The pool lockers are not working, the Jacuzzi is not working, the sauna room is not working, only one bathroom to take a shower after swimming with three clothes changing places. The breakfast buffet is limited and lacks desserts, cakes, and bakery. The bathroom ceiling was not finished correctly, there were tiles unplaced properly. The drain tap was open, so there is a risk of a ring falling inside. the side accessory did not have a cup for putting things inside...

Not to mention the internet that is so bad and keeps on disconnecting because of the poor signal? 1, Foods are routine and didnāt change for 10 days, the hotel team will only change 1-2 dishes after requires.
2, WiFi sucks in every single moment. Itās better signal for the normal network then the WiFi. Hotel Team did nothing to improve and fix the issue.
3, Laundry service, they counter the 1 day return promise for the service. I received my laundry after 3 days and cause me a invaluable lost from the event.
4, Extremely low in the health and safety standard. Hotel Team do nothing when they see the clients didnāt wear the marks. Some of the hotel staff didnāt wear the mask when they are on duty. I can provide the pictures if internal needs.
