Normas Hotel — Hotel in Eastern Province

Very clean, very modern, big thumbs up. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome at my home away from home.

The rooms are spacious, and modern, and the bathrooms are elegant.

The buffet was not available unfortunately. I really enjoyed it on my previous visit. The other options available was quite diverse, but the meal I received was mediocre and not great quality.

Based upon my previous visit I expected a bit more I guess. As you walk into the dining hall, you choose what you want from a laminated page that's stuck on the counter by the entrance. This is also the last time anyone interacts with you, until your food is ready that is.

I would suggest seating the guests first, offering something to drink, and then informing them that the buffets is not available. This would make the guest feel more welcome, and not make them feel like they have entered the food court at a shopping mall.

Normas still remains a solid option if you are looking for a place to stay...

A Pleasant Stay at Normas Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Normas Hotel in Al Khobar, and it was a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and respectful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to diverse tastes. Hats off to the chef.

The hotel's prime location near the corniche provided easy access to local attractions and a serene environment. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the fitness center and spa, added to the overall positive experience.
