Entering Brasa de Brazil, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance. The elegant decor, with its tasteful blend of modernity and traditional touches, created an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and comfortable.
The highlight of Brasa de Brazil, undoubtedly, was the unparalleled dining concept that embraced the authentic Brazilian churrasco tradition. The moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for an extraordinary gastronomic adventure. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, melting in my mouth and leaving me craving for more. The extensive selection of meats, ranging from tender beef to mouthwatering lamb, ensured that every preference was catered to, making it a haven for carnivores.
What truly set Brasa de Brazil apart was Ihab, the manager, his unwavering dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant was evident throughout our visit. Ihab's warm and welcoming presence was a testament to his commitment to customer satisfaction. He took the time to personally engage with diners, ensuring everyone's experience was exceptional. His exceptional leadership and attention to detail were reflected in the seamless service and culinary excellence that defines Brasa de Brazil.
I would be remiss if I didn't express my utmost appreciation to the impeccable service provided by Jomar, our knowledgeable and attentive waiter. From the moment we sat down, Jomar's warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like honored guests. His expertise in guiding us through the menu and explaining the different cuts of meat demonstrated his passion for providing an unforgettable dining experience.
In addition to the delectable churrasco offerings, Brasa de Brazil also impressed with an array of fresh and vibrant salads, delightful sides, and a thoughtfully curated selection of wines and cocktails. The salad bar, filled with a colorful array of garden-fresh ingredients, added a refreshing touch to the meat-centric menu.
To conclude, my experience at Brasa de Brazil was nothing short of extraordinary. The fusion of exceptional cuisine, enchanting atmosphere, and impeccable service left an everlasting impression. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the remarkable manager Ihab and the waiter Jomar for their dedication in ensuring a memorable dining experience. Location: Good location, parking is not a problem.
Restaurant Setup: The place looks a bit old and out of fashion, i was expecting more of a modern design.
Service: Terrible, waiters are completely untrained and unprofessional. We were a group of 8, we sat at our table and got salads, and had to wait around 15mins until one of the waiters came to start serving BBQ. When I asked why is no one coming, the waiter unprofessionally responded “wait wait, go and sit and they will come”. There is a special cutlery they provide for you to hold the meat while they are serving, this was not given to everyone, i asked for it to be given to everyone and the response was rudely “we are busy today and we don’t have enough”, which is an extremely irrational unprofessional response for a restaurant charging SAR200/person. After 30 mins of eating, the waiters came and changed our plates, i guess this was the rude way of saying no more BBQ for you. One of the waiters came and asked me if i still want more meat, he asked which one, i told him just let the waiters pass by and i will chose (which is how the restaurant concept is), but it seems he was not happy with it at all.
Price: Not value for money, they tell you they have 2 different types of menus serving different meats, but I didn’t see any special type of meat, I don’t think we were served more than 8 types but were still charged for 13.
Food: Salads: Nice salad bar, full of different selections.
BBQ: The meat was good, however the waiters were not generous, and when you asked to be served more meat they were not really happy.
Dessert: Going to a Brazilian restaurant, i expected some different desserts. They served creme caramel, basic cakes, and Om Ali, which is extremely uncreative and they shouldn’t call themselves a Brazilian restaurant, but just a restaurant.
I think this was my first and last time, and i would definitely take my team...
