I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, and overall treatment. I was checked into a room that had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The floor was littered with food remnants, the bedding was stained and covered with hair, and the sheets had a yellowish tint. Basic amenities such as soap, tissues, and towels were completely missing. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with dirty water all over the floor.
