The hotel also gave lots of water bottles to the people outside on the street who also were experiencing the extreme heat.
May Allah bless this hotel and their staff and reward them abundantly.

Read moreBeen to Mecca 3 times. This is the worst hotel I ever experience.
Syated in for 10 days and there no room service and changes of blanket or towels.
My bed sheet hv food stain and doesnt look clean. Suspect it was not changed from previous occupancy. Luckily brought one just in case.
Electronics keys card system is a big problem. I sometimes have to swipe more than 10 times.
Dining hall is not hiyginic and not well kept. Suspect they are short of staff to cater for few big groups. Floor not mopped and table are not cleaned after meals.
Worst is the Suarau for prayer. Carpet was not cleaned or vacuum. Many lint scattered on the carpet. Suspect the dust from the carpet are sources of germs causing Jemaah to catch cough
Will not recommemd others...
