Rahaf Al Mashaer hotel — Hotel in Makkah Al Mukarramah

I wish i can give zero to this hotel, i have lived in Saudi Arabia for long time this is the first time ever i find such a bad hospitality hotel, unfortunately i have no option as i booked it from booking. Com all fake reviews don't get trapped and j want save my dear folks if in case you cannot book hotel online go to near by areas to haram and take hotel directly, as booking online we get cheated by pictures and reviews. Or enquire properly and go. We all deserve good stay not unpleasant stay even for a day or two. Now let me tell you about hotel. The staff is rude unpleasant atmosphere, bad service worst behaviour from staff boys, they don't have respect for visitors. I have to behave with them strictly abd teach them a lesson because i cannot take bad attitude from silly people unnecessarily. There are no basic services in the hotel room like towels, soaps tissues, cleanliness forget about it, no receptionist available, if we need any service or help no contact available, bus service is worst. Don't expect even a percent of service from them. To haram the taxi cost a lot and there is bus service. There is no proper information when the bus comes. Atleast keep an contact number to help the visitors. Only thing I liked about hotel is ghe coffee shop at the left hand side corner of the hotel a boy called ali, is running the coffee shop, such a great boy, at who serves coffee and help with information though he is not part of hotel management. I appreciate this boy because we as visitors we look forward for good treatment and guidance throughout the stay. Last but not least worst hotel worst management and reception...

It is very rare for me to write a one-star review, but here it is. I will never stay here again.

I was interested in booking this hotel because it was a cheap option for a room with a bathtube. Unfortunately, the bathtube was there but not so much as you can hope. The structure was rectangular and the water output position was kinda wrong. it is not comfortable.

The hotel itself was quite old including the furniture inside the room. The most disturbing thing was someone suddenly hitting your door hard, like so hard that it made you flinched, scared and annoyed. When I checked outside, no one was there. It was a very terrible experience and the first time I experience it in the hotel.

There are other disappointments but I couldn't remember it all as I write this review after a few months of staying there.

From me, better choose another hotel. Even if the price is dropped very low, it is...

the hotel is good and luxurious but there are some negative and positive remarks about it, first of all their hygiene isn’t the best, they don’t clean the rooms and if you need your room cleaned then you have to call the reception more than once to send someone to clean your room, the internet doesn’t really work in the rooms, you have to stand beside the door or sit in the reception to be able to send a message, the location is a bit far from Haram and there is no bus for the hotel so you have to stop a taxi. And some beds are very hard and uncomfortable but other then that the rooms are beautiful and you can see Burj Alsa’a from your balcony and there is a supermarket inside the hotel that has everything...
