Once i checked in i realized that there is only one large towel in the toilet i thought they may forgot to put a face cloth or a hand towel.. i asked for a smaller towels they responded with you have a towel we only offer one towel even though i was staying for 5nights! They said we will give you another one tomorrow. Leave that a side.. let’s move to what is more important the “safe” is in the closet but guess what the safe doesn’t work and they say it proudly!! A bit of a letdown on their services. Since I extended my stay, I asked for additional toiletries multiple times but never served. When I came for check-in, they initially sent me to a used, uncleaned room. They transferred me eventually. But then, when I came back hours after my check-in since I was in a rush for some business stuff that time, I failed to check everything inside the room particularly the towels. It was a tiring day as I travelled 1200km, yet the reception couldn't even resolve the issue quickly. It took me a very long explanation before the reception could agreed. To begin with, the address listed on trip.com is wrong, copying the address directly into Google maps takes you far away to the wrong place. When I finally paid for two taxi's and got there, I found a very nice lobby. When I got to my room the air conditioner was off, I switched it on and it took 2 or 3 minutes to boot up, I was unpacking my luggage when it finally kicked in, and it blasted a visible cloud of dust and bacteria mold into the air.
