Burj Mawadda Hotel — Hotel in Medina Province

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The hotel was atrocious. The rooms were not clean when we checked in, and we checked in about 8 pm, more than enough time for them get a room ready they know has been booked. The toilet was absolutely filthy and there were no toiletries, and no toilet paper. When we asked, they gave us shower gel and soap but laughed at us when we asked for tissues or towels. Also, we were given a choice of two different rooms due to some issues they causes us while checking in, and both contained insects, which the staff saw as a casual thing.

We also had trouble checking in because some of our details were recorded incorrectly, but when we asked if they had any booking between the dates we were staying, they lied and said no. They didn't want to help at all, wanted to make us believe that we were at fault and one of their instant responses was to tell us to pay for a room.

The claim there is wifi access in public areas. There is no wifi access in rooms, and they said, but the 'public area' wifi access is in fact just around the reception desk, with most of the...

Very poor ambiance, no one is here to own this hotel. No door window or even lift is ok. All damaged and risky to your life. No WIFI no room service at all, no towel tissue soap shampoo or any cleaning service. Its like a small 7ft by 8ft 3 bed room you can't even place your luggage properly. Rooms are too much dirty loose wires spreading on floor wich also can cause death. Mostly people who came here are switching to the other good hotels in the same prices. Its also far away from the masjid an nabvi, about 1km far. If you want to take revenge from anyone, you can send him stay here. I request saudi govt. Good place to stay. Want to cross two way road to reach the holy haram. Can see the dom of haram at the hotel. Rooms are two to six beded. Toilet and bathing facility are available on all rooms. A central hall with sofas and cushions suitable for meeting. A wide area of dining is a special thing. Some receptionists are not so good because my phone was lost. then I requested to check the CCTV camera. But they were not ready for want of operations skill. And only one person knows to operate he was not present. This hotel has many neighbouring shops of clothing and dates. Entrence door is automatic. Pilgrims can reach 10 riyal shop in a walkway distance. They can reach the holy haram within 10 minutes. I think this building has more than 10 floor with three lift facility. Calm...
