Stayed here with my husband and 2 children my youngest being 8 months old. When we got there we got given a very small room where once we put all our things in there was no space to walk so we asked to upgrade and we would pay the difference we were told multiple times we can’t upgrade as they do not know how to do it making us wait in the reception for hours for a manager that never turned up. Finally when we did upgrade to a bigger room, I ordered room service in the mornings of hot milk for my babies food which was provided for 3 days on the 4th day we were told the HOTEL does not do room service? Which I was happy to pay extra for I’ve never in my life heard of a hotel not do room service I don’t think anyone has and I had it for 3 days also what a joke! The day we were leaving we called for our luggage to be collected our car was here to take us to the airport it took 40 mins for luggage to be collected from our room. When it came to checking out all the reception staff were free none called us over we had to just leave the key on the counter and say we will miss our flight after waiting 30 minutes. This is the worst service I’ve ever had in any hotel and it says 5* I have travelled most of the world and stayed in 3* hotels and had better service the service here really ruined the last part of our umrah first time with our children please do better I would recommend families please do not stay here and the women at reception are so RUDE! Also the bell boy said he purposely took his time to collect our luggage as he was told to what a JOKE of a service the staff give this hotel a...

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review for my recent stay at this hotel. Sorry!

First: When we arrived, we had to wait around 2 hours for our room cards. This was a bad start to our stay. 1 pregnant woman and a child in the group on top of that.

Second: One of the lights in my room would not turn off, making it hard to sleep. When I asked for assistance, every room service person I spoke to passed the problem on to someone else. Bravo for passing the buck, but forget about getting help from the reception. Check the picture attached. I fixed the problem my self with scoth tape and a piece of cardboard.

Third: Breakfast was one of the few good aspect of our stay. However, there were no food signs displayed, so we had no idea what we were eating. This is a basic necessity, especially for people with allergies.

Fourth: There was no hair dryer in the room. For a 5-star hotel, this is unacceptable.

Fifth: While the staff had good intentions, it was clear that they were struggling to effectively run the hotel. Their efforts were appreciated, but it felt like they were not adequately equipped or trained to handle guest needs efficiently.

paid top dollars for a 5 stars hotel as a group of 20 people, never again unfortunately.

This hotel is really Good he rooms are nice the bathrooms are the best specially when your taking a shower the views are amazing and don't even get me started with the lobby and the elevators🤯🤯 very good architecture and designs very modern and sleek but there is one huge problem there food... There breakfast buffet are very crowded and you barely have any time to get yourself food before it finishes it has a wide variety of food but it mainly targets Indonesian cuisine. The dinner was good but that's what I thought... It had lots of meats and seafood which looked very appetizing but the meat were dry but not too much.My father had alot of seafood but the next day he had nausea and was vomiting constantly we rushed to the hospital to find out he had food poisoning. We were devastated when we heard the news such a nice and amazing hotel had terrible food I couldn't believe it my self!! We later on went to the manager of the hotel and complained about this incident the manager then replied, " The baladiya has closed out kitchen due to health issues so we order our food form another hotel." He said that boldly withoit any embarrassment he then apologized and went on with his day as if this was a normal incident. This hotel is only good for it's rooms, view and service never try it's food!! Be careful with the meats guys, I'm a local and I'm shocked this...
