I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jareed Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly outstanding. The Boulevard Suite I stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully designed and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed and cozy ambiance made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep.
The dining experience at Morini was another highlight of my stay. The restaurant offered a diverse and delectable Italian menu that catered to a variety of tastes. Each meal I enjoyed was a culinary delight, and the attentive staff made me feel like a valued guest.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. I found the fitness center of Arena is all what I can ask for, and the spa services of Jimam were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration.
In addition to the outstanding service and amenities, the hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.
I would highly recommend Jareed Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. My time at Jareed Hotel was truly exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my...
Read moreThis is a new luxury boutique hotel, part of a Saudi hotel chain brand. Simply perfect.. Spacious room, with every possible amenity you could think of and an impeccable service by the staff... 7 stars!
UPDATE: I felt it's only fair to give an update on my first review to paint a full picture of this hotel.. After more than 40 days stay as a long term guest I would revisit my initial review and downgrade it to 3 or 4 star. The reservation and booking service is quite disappointing and unreliable. After my long term stay at this place I requested to extend for a further 2 weeks. This request was casually met by reservations and left till the last minute to address incorrectly. Clearly loyalty means little to this one branch hotel location. So this signalled that I needed to take my business elsewhere. Upon check out the final bill was loaded with errors and overcharges that could not be explained nor justified and no one from the hotel had any response other than 'please speak to hotel reservations manager'... Who was the prime reason for leaving this hotel because of his lack of understanding to my requirement. Whilst I loved the notion of a Saudi Homegrown brand of hotels... The management needs to look into how effective the reservations team is and how much business they are driving away due to their lack of responsiveness and hospitality understanding. Sadly, this place drops to a three...
Read moreVisited recently for a week on a work trip from Ireland. From the moment I walked in the door it was clear to me that this would be a five star experience. Greeted with a friendly smile and the offer of an Arabic coffee, check in was seamless and the porters could not have offered greater assistance with bringing my baggage to the room. The facilities in both the room and the hotel itself are perfect. The room with a luxurious bed, spa bath and views over the Riyadh skyline will leave an imprint on me forever. The hotel boasts a state of the art gym complete with an infinity pool with views over the before mentioned skyline. However, it is the staff in the hotel which set it apart from others anywhere in the world. Helpful with advice and suggestions about Riyadh, I have never experience such sincerity in any hotel I stayed in topped off by a gift of a ghutra from Whaleed in reception. The breakfast in the Jareed has a varied continental style buffet with a made to order main meal. I mixed it up between the eggs and pancakes and both were excellent. Travelling for work can be isolating sometimes, the friendly approach from Shahnawaz and his team was the best possible start to the day, nothing was too much to ask. I came to Riyadh for work and I will return to Riyadh and the Jareed...
