Metanoia Spa — Local services in Al Maathar Municipality

I was a regular client for over a year, visiting them at least once a month spending in each visit an average of 850-1200… yet, instead of feeling like a welcomed customer (regardless of how much a customer spends), each time I walked in it felt like they were doing me a favor by having me in 😑 There were always downward looks with an arrogant attitude from the staff, sometimes answering me question with a nod without addressing me or looking at me. Why snob over clients?

The only reason than made me come back each time was Alina, her work was extraordinary, to my surprise one day I walked in and she left Saudi for good, and that was the last time I walk in. The biggest disappointment was the sight of a client infront of me doing her manicure, she put her feet with shoes on directly in the foot bath, I kept my eye to see if anyone is going to wash that disgust for the next client, nope! They don’t even use disposable bags between clients feet (despite they charge very high) I’m never walking in where staff look down on me, pay handsomely, just to get warts 🤢

I am absolutely livid about the horrendous experience I had at this nail salon. it was the worst and most unpleasant experience of my life. I went in for a biab gel service and the technician was not only extremely rude, but also seemed to have zero regard for the quality of her work. When I asked her to shorten my nails because they were too long, she flat-out ignored me and kept saying "wait ma'am, we didn't finish". When I persisted, she finally gave in, but not without giving me the most annoying attitude and saying "you asked for this, now it will take a long time".

As if that wasn't bad enough, when I brought up my concerns to the receptionist, she didn't do anything to address the issue and even had the nerve to ask me to pay more for a service that I didn't even ask for! I can't believe the audacity. They completely ruined what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy and they clearly do not value their customers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear...

I had a wonderful experience at Metanoia spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was both cozy and luxurious—exactly the kind of escape I needed. They offer you a locker for your belongings, which adds a nice touch of convenience and security. I was welcomed with a soft robe, a refreshing glass of lemon water, and a cool wet hand towel that instantly helped me relax.

I booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage for 491 SAR, and it was absolutely worth it. The massage was excellent—just the right balance of pressure and technique to melt away tension.

The spa is also impressively clean. I noticed that after using the powder room, a staff member went in right after to tidy up and make sure it was spotless for the next guest. That level of care really stood out to me.
