I ordered a burger (medium well to well) and it was cooked “rare to medium rare! “Burger was bloody! Juice. Moreover, the meat quality was poor — chewy and lacking flavor. The burger was far below expectations — tough texture, unpleasant taste, and lacking freshness.

Unfortunately, the manager’s reaction when I politely raised the issue was dismissive, unprofessional rather than constructive and showing no effort to acknowledge the situation.

We were asked to pay the whole price prior to even discussing the matter. The order was taken home with us due to the total discomfort and lack of respect.

As a customer, I felt my feedback was neither valued nor addressed, which was disappointing.

Administratively; the situation could have been contained with a more professional attitude and the customers satisfaction takes more priority than insulting the customers with a silly excuses.
