Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Al Sahafa — Hotel in Municipality of Al Shamal

A brand new hotel that is barely a year old. With new establishments comes with it many teething problems. At most of the Radisson's we've stayed at we've been warmly welcomed by the reception team. Unfortunately, this one falls far from it. We arrived late in the afternoon and there were cleaners using big machines to scrub the floors, was it really necessary to do that during the day? We could barely here the gentleman talking to us behind the checkin counter. Moreover, he felt cold and didn't seemed bothered. When we asked if there was additional parking, he'd told us to use the underground parking through the back of the hotel. We tried looking for it and without and signs, lights and being surrounded by construction, we gave up. The room itself is large with brand new furniture. The mattress though, was one of the worst we've slept on, it was hard! Our room overlooked different construction sites, which I'm sure would look better in future. Upon checkout, we waited 10 to 15 minutes as a different gentleman behind the counter seemed overwhelmed with everything going on. I just want to take a moment to sincerely appreciate the front desk employee , Mrs. Shouq. Her behavior was absolutely amazing, The way she greeted with such warmth and respect instantly made me feel welcomed. She carries herself with such professionalism and calmness, and the way she answers every question so clearly, politely, and with a genuine smile is something truly rare to see. She listens carefully, responds thoughtfully, and makes sure that everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. You can immediately sense her positive energy and dedication to her role. It’s not just about doing her job it’s how gracefully and effortlessly she does it, while still making every interaction feel personal and respectful.

Honestly, she is one of the most impressive front-desk staff I’ve ever come across. Her attitude, tone of voice, choice of words everything was just perfect. تجربتي في فندق راديسون بلو الصحافة – الرياض كانت مميزة جدًا من البداية للنهاية. أول ما تدخل الفندق بتحس بالهدوء والرُقي، من تصميم اللوبي العصري لابتسامة الموظفين اللي يستقبلوك بكل ترحيب.

الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا، واسعة ومريحة، والمفروشات تعكس الفخامة مع لمسات حديثة. السرير مريح بدرجة تخليك تنام بعمق بعد يوم طويل، والحمام مجهّز بكل الاحتياجات وبجودة عالية.

من ناحية الخدمات، الإفطار كان متنوع ولذيذ، سواء للأطباق العالمية أو المحلية. كمان المطاعم والكافيهات داخل الفندق تقدم خيارات ممتازة سواء للقهوة أو الوجبات. المركز الرياضي (الجيم) نظيف ومجهّز، والسبا والساونا بيدّوا إحساس بالرفاهية والراحة.

اللي لفت نظري أكتر حاجة هو تعامل الموظفين؛ فعلاً كلهم قمة في الأخلاق والتعاون. أي طلب أو استفسار بيتجاوب بسرعة وبأسلوب راقي.

الموقع ممتاز في حي الصحافة، قريب من أماكن حيوية في الرياض زي البوليفارد، وفي نفس الوقت المنطقة هادئة بعيد عن الزحمة.

My experience at Radisson Blu Al Sahafa – Riyadh was truly exceptional from start to finish. The moment you step into the hotel, you immediately feel the calm and elegance, from the modern lobby design to the warm smiles of the staff who welcome you with genuine hospitality.

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with furnishings that reflect luxury and modern touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a deep and restful sleep after a long day, and the bathroom was fully equipped with high-quality amenities.

As for the services, breakfast was rich and delicious, offering both international and local dishes. The restaurants and cafés inside the hotel also provided excellent options, whether for coffee or full meals. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, while the spa and sauna offered a true sense of relaxation and luxury.

What stood out the most for me was the staff’s attitude; every single team member was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. Any request or inquiry was handled promptly and with great courtesy.
