We stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. ||Location wise, the hotel is in the old city and is a drive away from the city centre. We arrived by coach and the streets are narrow so we had to unload everything quickly. The hotel is a fairly modern building. Check in was fairly quick, even for a large group of people. Our room was on the first floor and there was one lift or stairs to take.||Our triple room was a good size and was fairly modern. Everything was clean and tidy, the air con worked well and the beds were comfy. There were only 2 of us staying in a triple room, but even with a third, you would probably just about have enough space for your luggage without being on top of one another. ||The bathroom was also relatively large and had a big shower. The main talking point for most of us was the fact there was a glass wall between the bedroom and shower. Luckily, there's an automatic blind that you can raise and lower depending on how much privacy / how well you know your roommate! The towels were all clean and fluffy, the hot water was good and so was the water pressure. ||The wifi was good. The signal was relatively strong and it was fairly quick. Breakfast was downstairs, past reception. There was a good choice of hot food items (meat and eggs), toasts, cereals and other Continental options, plus fruits, dates, muffins etc. Drinks wise there were juices, coffees, teas etc. ||In the evening, we went up to the rooftop bar which had great views over the city. There were thunderstorms several miles away which we had a fantastic view of, all whilst sat outside as the rain wasn't falling in Belgrade! We were able to take our own drinks upstairs as the bar had closed and they were fine with that.||There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel and if you walk down the hill (3 or 4 blocks) then turn right, there's a small corner shop selling water etc. ||Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here as the hotel was fairly modern, with...
Read moreThe hotel is updated, clean, with nice rooms. Beds and shower are very enjoyable. However I'm giving it only 3 stars as it does not offer all that it advertises or all that it should. It advertises a rooftop bar/restaurant. However, when we ask about this, the front desk said it was permanently closed but we were welcome to go up there and look around at the lookout. If you were hoping for dinner or an evening cocktail..... you're out of luck. Other than at breakfast there is no option for food or drink service at any other times. There is a nespresso coffee maker, but no pods. When I asked for pods, the person at reception said they didn't have any. There is also no kettle or other form of making hot water or tea bags. Anything in the mini fridge such as water or juice is at an extra charge. They do not have any other form of purified or bottled water for travelers. In the bathroom there is no hair conditioner, you have to literally be 6 ft tall to use the makeup makeup mirror, and the hair drier is of very poor quality, and the door won't latch closed. When I arrived the room was highly perfumed... Thankfully I was able to open a window and air it out while I went out for the day. I haven't had a chance to try the breakfast yet so I can't comment on that. It's a bit out of the main centre so you'll likely want to take a bus or cab. **also you may want to read their "house rules" that are available by scanning a QR Code once you're in the room, they are very extreme and border on inappropriate. Glad I'm only...
Read moreLocated on the corner of the street, easy to find. Polite checkin staff. Only one lift and I was on the 4th floor. Moderate sized room with a large toilet bath area. Hot powerful shower with complimentary amenities. Sadly the shower leaked badly and the extra towels were used to prevent the flooding. There was a pod coffee machine with no pods sadly. The fridge had a few drinks at a cost. There was a chemist, supermarket and grill restaurants located in walking distance. On the 6th floor there is entrance to the roof top bar and lookout. Over looks part of the city with sunset views. Breakfast room was large with the standard hot and cold items. The filter coffee was really good. AC worked a bit noisy but slept well. Didn't realize the duvet was in the cupboard, only used the duvet cover as a sheet. Safe was available. Would...
