Stayed at Hotel M for 1 week during a conference. The facilities are nice and all area are clean. Guest rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff are pleasant and accommodating in most respects. The only issue that we had was the inability to get two keys for the room. That was needed to allow me to have a key while attending the conference and my wife to have a key while doing other things. ||We often left some non- room-keys in the electric “switch” so that the refrigerator would stay on. ||There are some parts of the hotel that could use refurbishing, like carpets on the stairs and some aspects of access for disabled guests. Breakfast can be included in your room rate. It is plentiful enough that we really needed little lunch, other than the inevitable leftovers from the large dinners on earlier nights.||The hotel is on major bus lines. Fares are complimentary. So getting to the center of Belgrade is no problem. The return can be trickier as maps show many bus lines passing the hotel that are not actually running.
