*Reasonable value in my experience. But would not return. *Nothing charming about this place including management/owner. **Any review that talks about a bad smell and equipment noise, both being very noticeable from some rooms, absolutely believe those tips. Our week in Novi Sad was enhanced by our stay at the Hotel Vigor. The hotel was well placed, it is relatively easy to access everything by walking or taking the bus/taxi. The rooms were very well cleaned, breakfast was very good! What stands out the most is the staff and service. Every body is super nice and professional, and helping us with recommandations, indications to touristic places, etc. The airport lost our luggage for 3 days and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. I don’t know why some people give this place a 5 stars??. Its at the best conditions would be 3 . The room barely pass 2 - washroom was better. The carpet has so many stains, rusty, bed sheets were ok but the heaver cover is like 20 years old from cotton crumbs. I had few itchy pimples on my legs and few on my kid arms which could be allergies or bugs. The layout is cool but this place need renovation and change the bed covers. Location is ok.
