I 100% agree with Ryan below, anything but luxurious. This Hotel should be wiped off the island, so poorly maintained. The eye sore of a neighbor next door with the screaming kids, barking dog and loud rooster. That was my view. Try finding the hot tub. You have to get past all the weeds and to find the weeds growing on it and no water. AC was not working correctly, no cold water, tape holding the shower panels together, landscaping not maintained, looked like a jungle, weeds everywhere, patio made of stone with lounge chairs in the middle full of bugs, need shoes to walk on it. The pool, tiny and .9 meters deep of almost boiling water. The beach across the street is not swimmable unless you wear shoes, its all rock. See photos attached, zoom in on a few. Tried speaking with hotel management and they made no effort. Checked out 2 days early and stayed at Patatran. They would not even respond to Hotelscom. So calling Visa to dispute this junk of hotel and its service. Beware of booking this place, their pictures are not up to date and the nice pictures you see of the beach is from Patatran Hotel a mile down the street.

We have visited Le Relax Luxury Lodge for our HoneyMoon in March 2025 and staying there was an overall fantastic experience. The hotel is very clean, the food is delicious and the stuff is always super helpful, kind and friendly. The location is perfect for everyone who wants a quiet and relaxed vacation. The hotel is located on the backside of La Digue next to a wonderful beach. For breakfast you can choose a la carte but everything is prepared fresh and tastes delicious. We could not find one thing to complain about, because everything here is perfect. We would like to thank Rohit,Yankye and Shankar for their great service and hospitality. We are looking forward to visit this hotel again in the near future.

My wife & I stayed at Le Relax luxury lodge during Easter holidays and we are very happy with our room. It had all the basic amenities and if we needed something it was provided by the staff from reception. Staff were highly professional and kind, we were offered pick up and drops to the jetty, and I guess we had nothing to complain about. They also offer Indian food as they have a restaurant with their establishment. Thank you Le relax and we are looking forward to our next visit. PS : Special thanks to the person at reception, I guess his name is Mohan. He took care of us well during our stay.

Le Relax Luxury Adults Lodge I booked a 13 night stay through expedia to Le relax luxury lodge. My rationale for choosing this accommodation was driven by:

  1. Didn't feel like a resort with only 6 rooms, so I felt it was small and intimate.
  2. It seems via the pictures to be more modern and contemporary compared to others on the island for a reasonable price.
  3. There were not that many properties with a pool, and this had one - admittedly, it was small but good for cooling off.
  4. I felt that given how small the B&B was, it would mean attentive service
  5. Reviews for food were good
  6. It was beach front with access

Welcoming staff,Room has everything you need: hair dryer, safe, toiletries, air conditioning,TV with cable, good strong WIFI,kettle, and tea making facilities for those of us from England who need our brew. There is a fridge should you arrive with temperature sensitive medication and great views of the sea if in room 1 like I was. You can request a room clean daily, and the guys will replenish toilet rolls, x1 bottles of water and towls, and no concerns here. Breakfast - I enjoyed toast, pancakes with honey and fruit offered along with juice and coffee. On the face of it, the room setup is fairly modern and a nice design. However, to the eye, things are very tired.

This place has so much potential and could be a very nice place to spend time if they make some adjustments.

These are: Make the pool deck more welcoming, providing some beach towels on the chairs and open the parasols daily, add some some chill out music up there as it could be lovely and add to the atmosphere. Add drinks service pool deck, which will keep people spending money in-house. Breakfast area - add more modern chairs and tables, make it more attractive to passers by, give more refined menus apposed to tatty looking ones. Offer some pastries for guests staying along with the usual breakfast. Beach - offer modern loungers, perhaps add beach service for drinks. The beach tables and loungers are old tatty metal varieties that have had their day. Rake beach and keep tidy as it doesn't look enticing in its current state. Hot tub - sort out the hot tub back to functionality or plant it full of tropical plants or perhaps make a water feature for wildlife! Don't just leave an empty hole in the floor. The trees that surround the property are home to some fantastic wildlife such as the Seychelles fruit bat, an array of birds & some small reptiles. Why not add some simple signs to give information about local fauna & flora. The negatives The reviews are right, the B&B is situated next door to a residential house, on some occasions they play music that loud you can feel like your quiet time is being impacted, the house also has three dogs which are let loose, bark and chase any vehicle passing. Furthermore, the dogs crap on the beach under the trees, so it doesn't add to the appeal of a tropical luxury stay. The children that live in the house next door also made an attempted to remove food from my shopping bag from my bike when I got back from the store, I snatched it back and this should not be allowed, I appreciate this is nothing to do with Le Relax, however it needs managing. The sliding doors do not lock securely and alot of cold air escapes due to the gap, the room was okay in general, however things like hanging extraction fan from ceiling and a few other DIY jobs could make the world of difference as the attention to detail simply isn't there. The hot tub is still broke as per other reviews, which is such a shame as it could be a lovely relaxing area for those seeking shade and solitude. The pool desperately needs re grouting & the missing tiles replaced. It would be better of tiled blue apposed to green as the pool heats up so much. The food wasn't great at all, the restaurant was like a morque 247, no customers and when I tried something as simple as the burger it wasn't pleasant. I looked elsewhere for food outside of breakfast.Location - it is furthered away from town, so be prepared to walk or...

An unforgettable stay at Le Relax Luxury Lodge We spent 5 wonderful nights here and absolutely loved everything. The hotel is spectacular—our room was spacious, spotless, and the shower was large enough for two people. Wi-Fi coverage was excellent throughout the property.

The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet, away from the crowds. From both the room and the dining area you get breathtaking views of the ocean, and the small beach just steps away is gorgeous and often completely empty. (It does have some currents, so it’s best for confident swimmers.) In just a few minutes you can walk to the beautiful Anse Patates beach, and about five minutes farther is Anse Sévère—our favorite on the island after Anse Source d’Argent.

The staff made our stay outstanding. A special thank-you to Thirupathi, who was always smiling and ready to help with anything, including bike rentals and convenient club-car rides to Anse Source d’Argent at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend booking with breakfast and dinner included—restaurants on La Digue are limited and quite expensive. Chef Aravindh treated us to excellent à-la-carte breakfasts and dinners every day, and if you enjoy Indian flavors, you’ll be delighted.

I stayed with my 3-year-old daughter, and we both had a fantastic time. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful hotel—it truly...
