Update March 2025 We spent another four wonderful weeks at Anse Severe Beachvilla in February/March 2025, and once again, it was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation remains as clean, spacious, and well-maintained as during our last stay.
A huge thank you goes to JOEL who, as the villa’s staff member and caretaker, ensures that everything is spotlessly clean and that we always receive our breakfast on time. He is truly the heart and soul of this place—always reliable, friendly, and attentive. Most of the time, he is our main point of contact, occasionally assisted by Nicoletta, who also does an excellent job.
“We really appreciate how the owner ensures that the garden is meticulously and beautifully maintained by a very hardworking gardener – everything around the property looks absolutely fantastic! The excellent cleanliness in the apartment is also truly worth praising and mentioning.”
We are considering coming back in two years and sincerely hope that Joel will still be here then.
February 2023 Beautiful facility, right on the beach. Very clean and well-kept garden. We lived in the upper room with a huge balcony. The apartment is furnished exactly as shown in the owner's pictures. Everything inside is made of wood and really meticulously clean and well-kept. A 12 l water dispenser for hot and cold water is included. On request, the water canister is changed for a few rupees. Breakfast is offered and served on the balcony. Continental Seychelles breakfast, which was completely sufficient for us. Fresh sliced fruit, omelet with cheese, tomato and onion, toast, jam and butter. 15.00 per person. The air conditioning and the powerful fan worked perfectly. The air conditioning is in the kitchen area and does not blow directly over the bed, which we personally found pleasant. Kitchen appliances are sufficient. Kettle and coffee maker, pots, plates and cutlery. Since we didn't cook much, we didn't need a lot of dishes either. Transfer from the port is offered for €15. The very nice and friendly employee with name Juel very professionally cleaned our apartment every 2-3 days, changed the sheets and towels and also brought us breakfast on the balcony every day. We couldn't have asked for better service. Opposite the complex are several juice bars and two huge turtles. The small street in front of the complex doesn't bother us. From time to time e-cars, vans and cyclists pass by. All in all very quiet but still central. The trees in front of the facility provide shade and there was always a fresh breeze from the sea. All in all we could not have been better accommodated on the island. We...
Read moreWe stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t be happier. We received fresh welcome juice upon arrival. They waited for us at the Jetty even though we didn’t confirm earlier via email. Our room was impeccably clean. So much attention is put into everything and the owners are very kind and rapidly intervene in assisting their guests. It’s self catering villas but housekeeping was done daily and this is probably the cleanest room we stayed in whilst travelling through the Seychelles.||The best beach was directly outside our ground room floor and even though it’s also the most crowded, there’s plenty of room for everyone to just lounge and chill. The sunsets and sunrises here were the best. The best snorkeling on the island was just few metres into the sea from our room, and we even did island hopping tours from Praslin. ||The hotel charges 10Euro for transfers to or from the Jetty. If you don’t have much luggage, you can just walk. They also offer bicycle rentals, including bikes with children carriers and tandems for those who can’t ride bikes. ||The kitchen was properly furnished and one thing I really loved was the idea of a water dispenser in the room instead of lots of plastic bottles being used. ||There is a guy who sells juice outside the fence and plays chill music all day. This wouldn’t disturb you if your doors and windows are closed. But we enjoyed the music whilst lounging outside. ||The hotel offers tours and meals but we just did our thing. If you are like us, grab your snorkeling gear and just get into the sea and enjoy. We bought stuff from a supermarket and made our own tasty breakfasts, and went out for dinner every night. ||Overall we really loved these super chilled villas and life couldn’t be more relaxing whilst...
