Absolutely in love with the location and the amazing service! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, especially William! Funny story, we actually went to the wrong Heritage hotel at first (we showed up at Heritage Clarke Quay by mistake). That’s where we met William, and he was beyond helpful. Not only did he kindly direct us to Heritage Boat Quay, but he even carried all our luggage bags up four flights of stairs with us (we came through the back entrance, don’t worry- the front entrance has elevators!). The room looks exactly like the photos on Booking.com, no surprises there. The location is perfect- really close to all the big attractions like the Merlion, Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown, the Botanical Gardens, Little India, etc basically everything is either walking distance or just a quick MRT ride away. Honestly, we barely even used our MRT cards! It’s also super convenient for shopping with places like Funan Mall, Peninsula Plaza, Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, and more all nearby. The food scene around here is fantastic too! Plus, the apartment is right on the riverfront, so you get beautiful views of the river and Marina Bay!! The room and bathroom were spotless, and they even provide all the little things like cooking utensils, sponges, napkins, and cutlery. Everything here is so convenient. You can open your room door, use the lift, and even access the laundry rooms all from your phone. They change the passcodes regularly too, so it feels really secure! One more thing I really appreciated- on a random day housekeeping came while we were out, and we’d accidentally left money, jewelry, laptops, basically all our valuables just lying around. Everything was untouched and exactly where we left it. We honestly love this apartment hotel and wouldn’t think twice about staying here again whenever we’re in Singapore. Period.

Absolutely loved our stay in Heritage Collection Boat Quay South Bridge. The service is great, especially for an apartment where there isn’t supposed to be any onsite staff. Ryan, Kim and Loc were super helpful and made everything seem like effortless. The apartment itself is listed as small but the space has been used very efficiently. Comparatively I think the apartment was spacious. Maybe not if you’re traveling with two large suitcases, but you can hang your items in the wardrobe and store your suitcase there as well. We just traveled with hand luggage as it offers free use of the laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully outfitted (although we didn’t cook and ate at hawker centers and local restaurants). There’s a place across the road that has very affordable local meals. The view is unbeatable from the riverview rooms. Marina Bay Sands and all of Boat Quay was beautifully lit up at night. Clarke Quay MRT is just a few minute walk as well as Raffles a few extra minutes walk. We found the ‘noise’ from the bars very doable. We stayed for a week and on Friday and Saturday it was a little louder than the other days but it didn’t cost us any sleep at all. If you’re a light sleeper perhaps this isn’t the area for you. In return you get a lively place with lots of atmosphere just on your doorstep. Would definitely return to stay here for any future visits in Singapore!! Thank you all of the staff at Heritage Collection for making this an unforgettable experience

Digital privacy and night club noise issues stay away They consider themselves a digital hotel which is a fancy name for the fact that they force you upload all your confidential info including your passport scan your credit card details and your photo in an unknown online app. The place has no staff at reception and unless you give their app these info, they do not give you the digital key. There is no explanation whatsoever on what happens to your data and who has access to your credit card details and photo and are these deleted to save your privacy after you leave. To open the door you need to tap your phone on a doorknob again no one knows what info they read from your phone every time. It may have been a modern concept but it is terribly executed in terms of respecting people's private info and leaves you seriously concecerned about the safety of your uploaded data. They also charge another 200$ as an unknown deposit on top of a fully paid room before. Also to add insult to injury they don't let you change your reservation dates essentially charginge me 400$ per night for a very mediocre room. FYI there Are many decent hotels for 200$ per night which do not put your info at risk. If you value your digital privacy and your money there are many great options you can use. Ps. Tried to reason with management too but they were simply entitled! Ps2 they don't tell you in many posrtals but the place suffers club noises at night too. So another headsup

Hi Friends at Heritage.

Thank you so much for giving my wife and I a home-away-from-home in Singapore, when we were stranded there due to the lockdown in our country.

We enjoyed our stay at 248 River Valley Road. We were very comfortable there - and in fact we miss the place now :)

One of the main factors we loved the place is due to you guys - the team.

Let me try to give a shout out to each of you:

Starting from Bill, who looked after us at the early stage, and made sure we were settled down well and comfortable. Special thanks for understanding the difficult circumstances and accommodating our requests. Also thanks for the Starbucks cards and the dates you gave us for Ramadan fasting.

Next I must thank Jarwin - great guy, very friendly and eager to help. Attended to all our requirements and also helped me with extra lighting when I had the online speech contest. I must say the extra lighting helped and I was very successful in the contests.

Next our two stars - Tuti and Xing Ping. Both of these hard working and pleasant ladies made sure the premises are clean, tidy and safe for us all the time. Their work was hard, but they did it with a smile. Please look after them well. They are your stars.

I also must say a big thank you to the Maintenance gentleman. I am sorry - I do not know his name. He ensured the big leak was attended to first day. Then he attended to the various minor repairs and fixes that were needed. Our thanks to him.

Next a shout out to all the invisible stars Zam, Priscilla, Atiqah - who all helped with my bookings and extensions. Apologies if I miss any names, because I made so many extensions LOL

Last but not least, thank you Arynna for helping us with the luggage and taxi on the day we checked out. Lovely to have got a few pictures with you :) We will post them on Facebook once we get home after our mandatory quarantine which we are currently following.

All in all, we really felt safe and comfortable when we stayed at 248 RV.

I will make sure I always check with Heritage first, if ever I have to visit Singapore on work again. Your properties are very good and your team is brilliant.

Be well and happy...

I recently stayed at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay and here’s my review:

What I liked: • Central Location: The property is ideally situated right by the river, allowing easy walking distance to many of Singapore’s main attractions. • Digital Key: Super convenient! The digital key feature made access seamless, although it would be helpful to have a bit more info and training on how to use it before arrival. • Washing Machine & Dryer: A great perk for longer stays, especially in a bustling city like Singapore. • Clean: The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. • Helpful Staff: Edmar, Loc, and Nica were fantastic—quick to respond and very helpful when needed. • WhatsApp Digi Concierge: I loved the WhatsApp concierge service, providing up-to-date, hands-on information and making everything easier. • Comfortable Bed: The bed was comfy, which made for restful nights. • Backyard Room: The backyard room was relatively quiet compared to the river view rooms, though earplugs are still necessary due to the city noise.

What surprised me: • Digital Key Info: It would be great if guests were informed more thoroughly about the digital key before arrival. Also, be aware that check-in is strictly from 3 PM, as the digital key won’t work before that time. • Stairs: A bit of a hassle—be prepared for quite a few stairs! • Tiny Room: The room was on the smaller side, but it was fine for the short amount of time I spent in it—just enough for a quick sleep in this vibrant city. • Window: I wouldn’t recommend opening the window due to insects and smells from the outside.

Overall, Heritage Collection on Boat Quay is a solid choice for a stay in Singapore, especially if you’re looking for a central location and modern amenities. Just be prepared for the small room size and stairs! #HeritageCollection #BoatQuay #SingaporeStay #CentralLocation...
