Hotel Jurki — Hotel in Bratislava

First of all, the staff doesn’t speak English (at reception!). Shock! Our languages are very similar (we’re from Slovenia) but we still couldn’t get an answer to a simple question. But they were very friendly, we had to wait until they found someone who speaks English. The staff being nice is the only reason they don’t get a “terrible from me”|We stayed just one night to get some rest on our way to Bratislava airport, so we took the standard 25€ room with shared bathroom. Well, SHARED BATHROOM DOESN’T HAVE A LOCK. I felt very uncomfortable about taking a shower or using a toilet because someone I don’t know could walk in at any moment. Also the door to the apartment (small shared kitchen and small bathroom) DON’T HAVE A LOCK. So you can lock only your bedroom door and on ours the whole hook was damaged and a little twisted so we really didn’t feel safe and kept all our belongings in a car. I get it it’s a low budget hotel but come on, locks are the basic thing.|However the bed was clean, floor was a little dusty but nothing really bad. If you need something cheap to just spend the night, if you’re just “passing by” it’s OK.|But DON’T DO...

The staff doesn't speak English and most of the staff was rude. They didn't even try to communicate in English but spoketheir language arrogantly pretending us to understand. We paid extra for bfast which was crappy! We stayed for 3 nights, first bfast we had to choose from ham & cheese , scrambeled eggs or sausages. We could only pick one of each and we took the scrambled eggs and the sausages and we shared. The food was not bad and the bread was fresh but we didn't have much choice. The had no bfast tea only herbal tea. The second time we skipped bfast and went to a cafe'. The third day for bfast was terrible! We sat down and arrogantly the receptionist/waitress/cook (all same person) brought us two plates with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese only each. We tried to complain but as said she didn't understand English but from her moves we could understand that the kitchen was closed and that that was the only bfast we could have! She was very arrogant and rude! We stood up and left amd went to McCafe which was 10min away. Just to remind you we paid...

No, ani neviem, kde zacat. Prvy "bonus" by som dala hotelu za to, ze wifi maju len na recepcii, cize pracovna cesta 0b, kedze z izby nedokazete nic urobit. Druhy "bonus" za parkovanie. Musite ist na recepciu, daju vam kluc, otvorite si rampu klucom (stlpik sa tak kyve, ze v podstate silnejsiemu mozno ostane aj v ruke), prejdete autom za rampu a zas vraciate kluc. Je to ozaj krasne, taketo vydobitky techniky 21'storocia v Bratislave. Hlavne ked prsi, je to carovne...Bar? "Nefunguje!" - odvrkla nas samozrejmostou recepna. Chodba zafajcena. V izbe je (dajme tomu) poriadok, aj ked ja mam o cistote inu predstavu. Prach na zaclonach je taky, ze snad uz nemusi ani snezit. Televizia (od ktorej dostanete ovladacna recepcii) vam je na dve veci. Markiza a JOJ ani nahodou, len zahranicne a ceske programy. Aspon, ze discovery sa tam dalo pozerat. No, pozerat. TV po case zacne tak ziapat, ze v podstate vas prejde aj chut nieco pozerat. Bude to asi tym, ze taketo TV su uz vo vacsine pripadov v muzeu alebo v zberni surovin. Lampicky na nocnom stoliku = "pekna" dekoracia, funkciu neplnia, pretoze tam nikde blizko nie su zasuvky. Cize ak vypnete ziapajucu TV, nemozte ani citat vecer, zapocuvajte sa aspon do dialnicneho ruchu a hnusne vrzgajucej postele, pri co najmensom pohybe. Lahla som do postele,ako do truhly, ratala som ovecky a cakala, kedy bude rano. Prezit sa to ale da. Podme do kupelne. Zivocich, ktory mal dlhe nohy (ako mihalnice, neviem kolko strasne vela) a nevedno kde hlavu a kde zadok cca 4cm ma privital hned pri vstupe na zarubni. Ako dekoracia tam je rozrastajuca sa plesen, nielen v sparach kachliciek ale aj v baterii, co je ako vidite na fotkach humus No.1. Prach vo ventilatore, ze som sa zakazdym bala, ze na mna spadne. Mozno vysavac by neuskodil. Zivocich to samozrejme neprezil, moje zdravie snad ano. Uvidime. Krasne fotky ukazuju, ze ani na toalete si velmi hygienou nepotrpia, kedze v jej utrobach bolo nieco cierne, odporne, hnusne a vracat sa mi chcelo. Noc som prezila, ale obavam sa, ze uz nikdy viac do tohto priserneho HO(S)TELU nevstupim. Je dobre situovany, ale to je vsetko. Recepcne su "mile" asi ako flak od horcice na nohaviciach. Da sa to vydrzat, ale skor mam pocit, ze si tam odpykavaju nutene verejno prospesne prace. Ludskost im chyba. Kebyze tam je automat na kluce od izieb, ani si nevsimnem rozdiel. Tolko odo mna. Ta jedna hviezdicka je myslena ako -0,01* Vedela som, ze to nebude Hilton, ale pod nazvon hotel, si teda predstavujem...
