U Prievozníka — Restaurant in Bratislava

First time in this restaurant, 3/4 of the food menu was not available when the waitress said "We have only pizza today", quite bad if you call yourself a "restaurant". Pizza tasted ok, but nothing extra. Beer - well, normally Pilsner Urquell you can have a "Hladinka" in quite a lot of places now. The technique is a well made draught beer that tastes great, not in this place. Prices expensive for what they offer. Just 1km away a Beerplace called Snyt you get 10x better beer for less money, the food is better too. First visit, last visit, never again. Waitress taking care of the whole place was also the bartender, owner is a real cheapskate to not employ...

I'm local, so I went to this place a few times. Food is fine, pizza and beer too. Although, I'll be hesitant to go there again, because it's happened too many times that people working there were rude, grumpy and not happy to answer questions. On top of that, on several occasions, we were send home way before closing hours as they told us that they would not keep that place open just for our group (which they are required by law btw.). All of that was enough for me to look for some other place next time I want to go...

I liked this place before but unfortunately it got a lot worse. If you just want beer and pizza it might be ok, but don't expect anything more. Very very lazy staff. Long wait hours and mediocre food. And again - lazy staff. Waiters would rather pretend they don't see you when you call them, then go for some smoke breaks, then hang on a phone. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I hope this place has good potentional and might get...
