Penzión Litovel — Hotel in Komárno

Litovel Pension is a perfect spot to stay in Komarno. It is just a short walk to the old town of Komarno with its historic buildings including the intriguing Courtyard of Europe, shops, restaurants and ice cream bars. There is a good Billa grocery store nearby too. The pension is centered around a beautiful garden courtyard lush with plants and insulated from outside noise. The rooms are well-appointed and very clean with oh-so-comfortable beds and large bathrooms. There are a few different types of rooms to choose from. Kitchenettes are available making it easy to create your own meals in your room if you are so inclined. The owners of this pension are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and focused on providing the very best stay that they can create. Our group was travelling by bicycle and this pension has a locked garage for storage of the bikes which we really appreciated. Extra nice is the little pub attached to the pension which serves a wide variety of absolutely delicious meals and drinks in their outdoor seating area. We stayed here for two nights going to the wedding in nearby St. Peter's village. We had a double room with extra bed for our 14 year old son. The room was clean, well furnished, with TV and wifi. All facilities were clean and excellent. Staff were very friendly, helpful and tended to all our needs. There is a small cafe serving breakfast and coffee during the day, and we had tasty meal in the Litovel pub next door. There is free parking outside of Litovel at the weekends (payable during week) and across the road, but we didn't need to use this parking. All in all...

Excellent pension. The host is incredibly kind and generous. He exclusively prepared the handmade slovakian lemonade with still water instead of sparkling and offered lots of things to eat as I did not take the breakfast. We could easily park our tandem inside. Moreover, the atmosphere of the pansion is amazing (candles, flowers, small stream of water with fish…). The room is so pretty, clean, calm and contains everything. It is three minutes walking distance from the beautiful city center. We hope we could come back one day. Thank...
