Hotel Magura — Hotel in Prievidza

I am that kind of person that does not care about quality of the hotel, especially when the price is low. Uncomfortable beds, terrible bathrooms, unfriendly staff, yeah, bring it on, but this place was this and much worse.||||I am not gonna talk about staff who just checked us in and left us be, or at least just me but I am gonna complain about everything else. First of all, the room was pretty bad. I was prepared for outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds, but holes from cigarettes on sheets in non-smoking room. Yes.||||Also bathroom was terrible. It smelled and looked bad and I really thought twice about using it. Luckilly, nothing bad happened to me. But I would definitely not use a towel that was in room for guests. Sorry.||||The third thing that really bothered me was the noise in the corridors. You could literally hear every single step out there and I got literally zero sleep. The problem might reduce with number of resident, but when I was staying, this place was pretty full and you could here.||||On the other hand, this place was in nice location, as the whole Prievidza is pretty small city, this was near everything and was easy to get everywhere. And the food was pretty good, reminded me of traditional home cooking I am used to, so at least...

i have been to many hotels in different parts of solovakia. personally i find this a very nice place. on the outside it is a very nice hotel. i stayed on the 2nd floor. the price is 50eu. compared to the inside of the room the price is very expensive for the money, i think it was built a long time ago, and what i don't like when i come here is the receptionist. maybe because we are foreigners so we are not welcomed.I think they should smile and be more understanding of foreigners. this is...
