Hotel Squash Centrum — Hotel in Prievidza

Ubytovanie bolo ok. Avsak nejakou chybou na bookingu nebol zobrazeny vek mojich deti pri rezervacii. Namiesto styroch hosti, boli uvedeni dvaja dospeli, plus dve deti vo veku 0 rokov. Majitel ubytovania namiesto toho aby ma kontaktoval a nejasnosti vyriesil, mi neskoro vecer o 21-ej pri prichode s dvomi detmi na ubytovanie oznamil, ze cenu nam zvysuje o 20€ a mali sme nachystane ubytovanie pre troch ludi iba. Preriekol sa, vraj sa taketo chyby stavaju casto, no ani napriek tomu nas vopred neinformoval, aj ked nam medzicasom posielal rozne ine informacie. Toto nepovazoval za dolezite. Zarazajuce. Ked som to na druhy den reklamovala, preco boli 3 postele miesto styroch, vsetko hodil na plecia bookingu, vraj oni s tym nic nemaju a nerozumie dovodu mojej nespokojnosti. Majitelka mala velmi strohe az drze vystupovanie k nam, svojim zakaznikom, nehovoriac o tom, ze sme boli pravom rozhorceni. V takejto situacii by som ocakavala, ze nas bude kontaktovat hned ako si vsimne akekolvek nezrovnalosti, ako bolo v tomto pripade uvedene, ze 2deti vo veku 0 rokov a nebude s oznamenim ze musime doplatit 20€ cakat az do prichodu hosti. Good value for money hotel and restaurant. Friendly and efficient service, with English being understood. Decent continental or cooked breakfasts are available. It was amazing, I felt home very fast. The rooms were not that tidy and my blanket smelled horrible (i wasn't using it). However the staff is nice, there is free parking right in front of the hotel and in most of the rooms there is a fan (hot summer). If it gets rainy you can play squash, table tennis, billiard, body build or just relax in a jacuzzi or sauna while staying indoors....
