Hotel Squash Dependance — Hotel in Prievidza

😢: I recently booked a stay at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I was informed that they did not have the type of room that I had booked available. When I asked if they could accommodate me in any way, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not offer any alternatives or assistance in finding another hotel, and their behavior was completely unacceptable.

Hello. Such a nice and big rooms in this hotel. Everything was very clean. Nothing to say about the staff, the are very professional, helpful and friendly. We had breakfast and dinner in this hotel and both were nice and tasty. There is also a kitchen for the guests wich is in the hall, just perfect because we (10 people) use it a lot. Big parking area and safety with electronics doors. In 5 min by taxi you can find a really nice castle to have walk and differents place to have a drink too. 100%...
