What can I say? I had been dreaming of a romantic, cozy stay in the Slovakian mountains and panoraMic was perfect. The little apartment (not sure what to call it) was adorable and cozy, with a fireplace and kitchen, which they can stock at your request with food for breakfast. The spa (2 saunas and an outdoor jacuzzi) was immaculate and so perfect for a winter escape.

But the best part was the warm, friendly and special service that Michal and especially his daughter, Katarina, provided to us. From picking us up and transferring us to Poland after our stay (for a charge) to providing us with a great itinerary for our few days there, to getting us train tickets, to managing to score us last minute tickets up to Smokovy Stit (the 2nd highest peak), to loaning us crampons- they went above and beyond. This property is rated as a 5 star however it should be 4 star. You need to pay €30 per day for jacuzzi + sauna which is misleading on their website plus they charge extra €60 per person and €30 per child even though it’s 2 bedroom apartment so price is based only for 2 people. The total price doesn’t match the invoice . The owner came to ask for the payment night before as he had plans following day. Not very professional.The owner is helpful and if you ask them they will get things for you however for the 5 star these things should come naturally.
