Grand Hotel Bellevue Pohorje — Hotel in Maribor

The worst resturant i ve ever seen. Me and my school mates were in pohorje for skiing and so on.. I ordered a hot chocolate and i found a peace of metal in it and i nearly drunk that. I told the women who was working there and she didn t even say sorry she just tool the peace of metal and went away. Later we went inside to eat and the tables were so dirty.. full of bread. There was no organisation. We got soup for the main meal and later an apple cake for dessert. And in the apple cake were ANS (mrave)!!!! Some were dead some alive we told the ppl there and they just looked at us and went back into the kitchen. Again nobody said sorry it was so terrible and ugly. My friend got a cake were the ans had been walking over it and she also told the women who was working there. The women said "i don t see any ans there" while they were walking on top of the cake. Later my friend said i don t want to eat that and the woman just rolled with her eyes and took the plate back. Again no exuse or anything. So everyone who got a cake found ans in it. ANS in the cake show that the hyganical conditions in the kitchen are very bad. So don t eat there, it is dirty and i wouln t be surprised if they find a mice in their kitchen, too! 😡😝

Bili smo tamo za skijanje i sankanje. Kasnije sam narucila vrucu cokoladu u kojoj sam nasla komad zeljeza i malo je falilo da to popijem. Kasnije kad smo jeli imali smo supu za dorucak i onda kao desert strudla od jabuke. Eh u toj strudli su bili mravi nekad mrtve nekad žive. Rekli smo konobarima i nista oni. Samo su nas gledali i opet otisli. Nikakvo izvinjenje ni nista. Znaci katastrofa. Mrave u hrani ili u kuhinji u sred zime pokazuje koliko je tamo prljavo i negigijenicni. Nebi me cudilo da ima tamo i miševa. Preporučujem da ne jedete tamo...

Let’s put it this way. I am by no mean demanding customer and I can understand a whole lot of situations. But… 2 stars cause of the clean, big room and poor staff that had to deal with this plane crash disaster. This is not by no means a 4 star hotel. Maybe it will be one day but now it is a construction site. The Mountvacation agecncy that advertised this disaster and took money for it should be held accountable. Bellevue is understaffed, in two days I saw one receptionist, 3 cleaning ladys for whole premises 2 waiters and one student who wasn’t even dressed as a waiter. Wellnes is closed. Construction workers are everywhere, in and out. There is no nothing, including FOOD. I came to dinner around 7 (dinner is from 6-8) and there were empty trays. People with children are staying here and everyone who did’t came to dinner at 6.00 stayed hungry. People are leaving, protesting, demanding their money back. Kinda reminds me of Fyre festival. Oh, I even didn’t get toilet paper in bathroom, good thing I always carry that around (being from ex- socialist country and having to deal with many no- paper situations including hospital and IBS). So…I could go on and on… food that was served was let’s put it like this; level of some public kitchen for homeless, and by no means I am saying, not eatable, but on that level of service. So, for 200e a night you get; hot water, clean sheets and an occasional meal. In 20 years of travelling this is a far most biggest disappointment. When you book a hostel you expect hostel and pay for it. When you book 4 stars you at least expect food 🤷‍♀️ What an embarrassment for Slovenian tourism. And the owners...

Horrible experience. Bad bad bad service. They were still finishing construction work when we stayed there so, some parts of the hotel were still in work process, which is not correct for 4 stars hotel.|Breakfast was poor and usually no caffe. When you ask for caffe they answer "We did not have time to make it!". First day we had some boiled eggs but next morning those eggs were not cooked at all. When I asked them to cook them they told me "This is not my problem!" and did not cook them later so they were uneatable. Wellness zona was in construction work, that no body told us, so when we wanted to go they sent us to another hotel and told us to go over a part of the land next to the hotel where is construction site, and all at night. We tried to pass but it was impossible so we had to decide not to go. This is just a bit of problems in that hotel.|I do not...
