The new mobile homes at the camp are nice and well equipped, even though very close to each other. However, the pools are disappointing. It's basically a local pool with a few slides and a wave pool (which runs only like 10 minutes every hour). The lazy river is useless as it's extremely slow. The water is fairly clean, but the whole place generally looks like spraying things with a water hose now and then would keep them in a better shape. The complex is obviously rundown and barely maintained. The designers of the water slides didn't do a very good job either. Some of the enclosed slides feel claustrophobic (total darkness in large sections or it's a very narrow tube so you feel like sliding in a straw). We also got stuck a couple of times in the middle of the slides where you have to use a rubber tube. The guard just didn't care and sent other people into the slide. A fuse box on the dive tower is like 3m from water and it was open for half a day during our stay. The slides and dive tower open at 11AM, so don't expect to have fun there the day of checkout. We booked a bungalow which was okay, albeit a little bit dirty. The entrance door looked like it got broken in once. Bathroom wasn't something special as well. The rooms seem to be in need of restoration. Staff was mostly friendly though. The Thermal Baath was a total disaster. It could be better described as local pool. There are only three warm little pools. The whole building is in dire need of renovation, as could be seen by the meany broken tiles inside and missing tile grout. The Sauna Park was just a little room with a few saunas and a cool-off pool, which was to warm for my liking. The whole sauna room was not that well separated from the main area and offered no place to relax. There should have been a huge outdoor area with many watersides and additional pools which was closed due to the weather. Problem being, that no one will tell you this in advance, so you will be disappointed at arrival. I cant tell much about the food, as we only ate breakfast there. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional. If you plan on spending a relaxing weekend as a couple, you will be better off...

The young lady that works at the desk for the thermal park in the mornings is amazing. She is kind and friendly and helpful. I would have given this review a 1-star if it weren’t for her.

The lady in the evening, however, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She gave both me and my boyfriend rude attitude for no reason.

There are also cameras in the locker rooms which creeped me out, so be sure to go into the little stalls to avoid the cameras.

The towels cost 2.50€ to rent which is absurdly expensive for a towel. But I didn’t have a towel so I rented two. Someone took my towels while I was swimming. I asked for another one and was rudely told “no, I don’t know who took your towel. That’s not my problem”. So I spent 5€ on 2 towels that I didn’t even get to use. Great. :]
