This facility can get no star from me. This was the worst experience at any Guest House ever. First the quoted price over the telephone was lower than what we had to pay at the Guest House. The reason after we paid was that they have decided to give us a bigger room. The next problem when we got booked into the room was, when we wanted to put cold drink in the fridge that is in the room, the moment we opened the fridge something reached out to grab you and the stench filled the air that you want to vomit. Only after a complaint was lodged did they come and clean up. The owner informed us he will be back at the house within 20mintes and rectify our greaviences, that was at 19h20. By 22h00 he still didn't pitched yet. By 22h45 our electricity has gone out. We thought it might be loadshedding. But nothing came back on and only by 1am we saw the prepaid electricity meter showed 0.00. So it is due to the guest house that did not load any coupon. Even till we left the owner did not respond. Its always great staying at Hasate! not only because they are affordable if you're on a budget, but their rooms are clean and tidy the beds warm and cosy.
