Kettle's House — Hotel in Camps Bay

Not happy at all but what can we do😒😒😒I feel we were misleaded. No wonder it's non refundable once you have booked in, because they know its false advertising!! This place is not child / baby friendly at all....your child will break their neck  going down the steep stairs to the pool which is icy cold and yet advised as solar heated. The rooms!!! I have never experienced such an unwelcoming reception in my life. The woman at the front desk didn’t even bother to get off the phone or turn around to acknowledge us. She simply handed us the keys without any form of courtesy.
