Pinto City Motel East London — Hotel in Eastern Cape

This is stunning! It's secure, spacious, clean, well organised, the host is great, there's solar power (no load-shedding) and water tanks. The rooms are very spacious, slightly minimalist (that's a good thing) but they have everything. The solar power and stored water make life very enjoyable. The location is great, easy to get to shops etc but quiet. There's good security and secure, off-road, parking. And a couple of friendly dogs..... It's actually how all guest houses should be, when I go back to East London I'll stay there...

From spacious, well planned and very neat rooms to the amazing helpful staff under management of Lisa, we ciuld not have asked for more or better. We were 21 ladies playing golf in our Senior Nationals and we all felt so welcome. Lisa recommended restaurants and places to go to, and arranged salads for our braai evening. Absolute gem of a place especially if you are a big group. They go beyond the callnof duty, not always seen or experienced nowadays....

Very good value for money, Len the caretaker is friendly and very helpful. Completely of the grid which is essential in these days of long power cuts, its so nice to return to the the lodge at night and all the lights are on while the rest of East London is in darkness.
