The people on comments are lying theres no professionalism about the guest house. The level of disrespect is very high and shifting of blames amongst employees. They told us that they will bring breakfast in the morning at 08H00 am, then in the morning we're told is that the is breakfast for umfundisi and no one told us initially that we have to order and we are told that the breakfast is free all of a sudden. The stinking attitude from the employees is very high, they dont even greet us. We parked our car and had to walk to another house to sleep then what about our safety. The whole 3 room house we were taken to has only 1 bathroom and toilet. Because only good thing's were mentioned on previous reviews but what we got there was totally different. The blankets and pillows were dirty with stains. The service was very bad from those employees. They failed to answer our questions when we had enquiries. The rooms are very expensive, imagine R650 and R850 for the above mentioned in a very small room. Therefore I can't recommend that guest house for anyone! I'm very disappointed in such...

Ok let me start here, The packing is safe and secure 100%👌. The building 🏠 its self it's up to date, its visible able to see from far that makes it easy to navigate. The decor I like it, with the modern structure and modern everything from tiling to roofing. The food 🥓🍲🍳... 😁mmmmm my favorite department. Guys I don't want to lie to you EKUTHULENI GUEST HOUSE breakfast is out of this world 100% English breakfast 👌👌 with that I give them 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Ok now let's come to the bedingfield, Guys they need to pull up their Socks. The beds are a bit sloppy you can feel some of the springs. So I think they need to look at that again✋. Television remote controls guys✋☹ it's such a disappointment when it comes to that.. I mean you know how frustrating it is to get out of bed to change the television channel 🤔. I understand some guest steals the remotes but we can't all suffer for those thieves, so I suggest you guys up your security when it comes to that. I know you can do better 🙌. But all in all EKUTHULENI GUEST HOUSE is the best by far in soweto I would recommend it. So I give them 4 whopping...

We did an online booking..got a confirmation ref no..We get there two guys were standing at the reception they looked dodge..They didnt care to even greet us, they seemed surprised by our visit.We then told them about our reserved online booking.They didn't even know about our booking...They pretended to be paging through a book, and didnt even confirm the booking.They just gave us an attitude throughout the conversation.Then after a while, we asked them if the room is available.They replied by saying err..will see if there's any left from the other property..Then my partner suggested while being upset..that we should leave as it's very clear that we are not welcomed here..The other guy answered saying no problem you can leave..I just don't understand..how black businesses operate..My advise to anyone is to just go support white people's businesses..as they understand the significance of how a customer should be treated..Bad service.. will never go to any guest...
