KFC Lakeview Junction at Dhlamini — Restaurant in Gauteng

Always and I mean always when we go there we get told after we paid that we need to wait 15min and we end up waiting 30 to 45min for the food and end up getting a half done meat. yesterday i ordered streetwise 2 chips but they served me streetwise 2 pap just because i refused to move away from the drive through as I wasn't told that i need to wait for my meat, i asked for a refund but instead i was served a wrong order. something is off with KFC dlamini junction when it comes to serving food from 7pm until closing time.
