I have stayed here for 12 days, and it was horrible. I had no hot water for the first 4 days. I was not compensated for this but was asked to move to a new room with no assistance to move my belongings. The cleaners used my personal belongings (mobile chargers) without my permission whilst I was not in my room. I am not sure what else they may have done in my room in my absence. Furthermore, reception to the "hotel" is cold and the reception area is the gate house to the premises. (it is situated at the gate where you would normally find the security personnel). It says it is a "hotel", but this is by no means a hotel and felt more like a place where you can take a date for a one-night stand. There were three people sleeping in my previous room (the one without hot water) and this room was a 2-person room. You cannot access the premises without the reception/security personnel opening the gates for you so, when returning late at night, the reception/security personnel sleep, and you will not have access to the premises. I waited over 30 minutes one night before they actually opened the gate for me. The TV in the rooms had limited channels with "French 24" as the news channel - huh??? I will not recommend this...
Read moreI stayed at the Europime Hotel from September 15 to 17, 2018. I have no words to describe the professionalism and humanized care of this whole team. I had a horrible experience with my travel agency where I bought my tickets and had to hurry up at Europrime, and the receptionist Linda promptly calmed me down and literally took care of me. Just like the receptionist George and the employee Connie, who embarrassed me with such care and hospitality. The owner, Mr. Manny, is extremely attentive and helpful. Everyone was worried about my well being. I am eternally grateful. The hotel is wonderful, everything very well maintained and clean. The breakfast is perfect and everything very fresh. Definitely a bad experience made me get to know Europrime, but surely the experience of getting to know them made me decide to return to really get to know Africa. Thank you all for such empathy and helpfulness.||A hug with...
Read moreFor an establishment advertised as a hotel, it offers poor service, displays unfriendly behavior towards guests. The rooms are quite cold, and there was a period when there was no hot water available. Despite claiming to provide a dinner and breakfast package, they merely provide a voucher to purchase food at a nearby roadhouse, which turns out to be quite unpleasant. Going to the roadhouse is at your own cost! Additionally, their phones are not working, and room service is unavailable. If you wish to have a meal in your room, I regret to inform you that you will need to visit their kitchen. Furthermore, the rooms do not provide bottled water, so you'll need to either consume tap water from the bathroom or purchase it at the reception. Lastly, it's essential to clarify that this is not a hotel, so one should not be deceived by its name; it is, in fact, just a...
