La Casa Blanca — Hotel in Gauteng

Lovely place but the owner, Leo was extremely rude and hostile to me the morning of my check out. He accused me (with no proof) of bringing an additional guest into my room and after realising he was wrong, gave a lacklustre apology. When I responded and expressed my unhappiness with this treatment he proceeded to speak to me unprofessionally and with a terrible attitude. I made it very clear that I will not be returning to La Casa Blanca simply because of his vile attitude and because he demonstrated a lack of regard for customers. On the first day of my stay there were issues with WiFi and I very patiently co-operated and waited for the issue to be resolved. In exchange I was falsely accused and spoken to with extreme disrespect by Leo. He has also attempted to intimidate me and abuse his power by trying to get my booking.com review removed from the website. Great place but poor customer service negatively impacted...

Our stay at La Casa Blanca was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Leo and Roelof were fantastic hosts — attentive, friendly, and handled everything with such professionalism and grace, even when another guest tried to sneak someone in during the night.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. The dogs are adorable and add such a sweet, homely charm to the place. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly portioned — just the right start to the day.
