M Idris lodge — Hotel in Gauteng

We had a terrible stay at this lodge. The receptionist was not polite and did not know anything about the lodge or did not had the energy telling us about it. Also our booking did not came true,but we manage to stay here because we where the only ones here. While the receptionist was chewing gum she pointed where our room was. Wifi was not working in the rooms, only at the reception||The hallway was lighted all night, and because they dont have proper curtains our room was light all night. Besides this there was noise of people coming in all night, also there gate makes a lot of noise every times it opens. And this one opens and closes all night long! If you take a room which is not close to the gate, there will be a lot of noise coming from the vending machine. ||Bathroom was not oke, you can take a shower and sit on the toilet at the same time. To some of you it may seem like multi tasking, but everything was wet in the bathroom. Also the bathroom door can not open entirely because the bed is posistioned in front of the door! ||Breakfast should be at 8.00 and is indicated as a full english breakfast. 8.30 I went to ask if the breakfast was still coming, and they forgot about it. We waited another 30minutes for our breakfast, and got suprised by the delisous cornflakes with suger and milk...... There was no english breakfast. ||At this point we left, and asked for a refund for the second night. They couldn't do it because this is policy! Well after this experiance I think we deserved a refund for the second night, because the hotel was empty and our booking was written manually due to improper system for our booking in the...
